I am an Iranian & South African Tourist Guide traveling with a group of Iranian Visitors to Chitwan and Staying in the Green Park Hotel Chitwan for 2 Nights on March 27 & 28 2025 Due to the nature of my Job I have been in traveling extensively in the different Lodges in & out of South Africa, Brazil, Iran, Tunesia, Kenya etc...in Similar Hotels and would like to extend my gratitude from Mr. Binod K. Cahaudjary as the Operation Manager of the Hotel with all Staff available there for their Politness, Efficiency, Capability and finally Cleanliness of the entire Hotel which is highly recommended to the travellers to Chitwan National Park. The ground is super clean! The premise is surrounded by green bushes and flowers! The room is cabin-type with rustic decor and modern amenities in the bathroom. The resort package included a daily tour and cultural performance program at night. Guests were invited to dance with them at the end of the performance! This is an all-inclusive resort with buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, except for alcoholic drinks. The food is delicious with varieties, and they kept refilling despite there being a few guests during the low season. Their cocktails in the bar are really good and very generous with alcohol, especially my Malito and Pina Colada! The white wine is alright but not cold enough. The day tours are wonderful for exploring the National Park! It was well-organized with a driver and an English tour guide, who specially brought us back around noon and resumed the program at 3 pm to avoid the heat (82 degrees F) so guests could swim or take a nap. We stayed for 2 nights. The resort is not located in the city center, which is good for us sleeping quietly after a long day and being away from crowds and pubs. The resort offers shuttle transport to the airport. The only drawback is that the electricity (air-conditioning) shuts down for 2 to 5 minutes every night, once or twice. The manager gave us a heads-up upon check-in because of their electricity system, and they are working on improving this issue. The staff were excellent and lent us an umbrella (from the sun's heat) and bug lotion! Our own bug spray was too mild, and we got many mosquito bites; their local tip was to use their lotion, which worked, and we had no more bites. The lobby is a bit warm because it's an open-air lobby with ceiling fans.

I had an excellent stay at Green Park Chitwan. From the first moments to the lasts, I was taken care of by the hotel's Operation Manager, Mr. Binod Chaudhary. I had the warmest welcome to the hotel and almost two days of organized activities in the Chitwan National Park. The hotel Green Park Chitwan is very well maintained by Mr. Chaudhary and his crew. It was so clean, organized, and the staff - always kind and attentive. I had an amazing two days at this hotel, and I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Chaudhary for being so kind throughout my stay and always going out of his way to make my stay unforgettable. I hope to be back again soon!

Had 3 excellent nights at this hotel. They organised as part of the package the tours of the national park,river and surrounding area of nature. We had the most excellent and attentive guide with driver in a small ranger transportation. So lucky to see a tiger and rhinos as well as the other bountiful wildlife and local villages. Food at the hotel and attention of service by all the staff was excellent. Thanks for a great and very memorable time.
