Staff in the resort is very friendly and helpful. Mr. Ganesh - Resort Manager - did also a good job, explained many things and organised a tour in the National Parc where I saw so many animals - also rinos.

The staff was extremely helpful and ensured that everything ran smoothly, from setting up presentations to providing refreshments. During our downtime, the resort offered a variety of leisure activities. The fitness center was well-maintained, and the spa provided a much-needed escape with its range of treatments. The dining options were equally impressive, with a diverse menu that catered to all tastes. The sunset Restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious cuisine and excellent service. Overall, Chitwan Riverside Resort provided an ideal environment for a business retreat. The combination of excellent facilities, attentive staff, and beautiful surroundings made our stay productive and enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for business or leisure travel and look forward to returning in the future.
