We have stayed at the hotel kanchan in ratnagiri with my family. Hotel staff is nice and polite. Amenities like lift, swimming pool is there. In the room tv is available but channels not working. Food is average. Specially chicken biryani. I loved to eat tasty surmai fry. There is no hot water available in bathroom. This factory is at midc area and nearby fish oil factory, so there is some fishy smell in this area which is a drawback. Otherwise nice stay with this budget.

The washbasin was not clean, also the hotel was situated near to the dry fish unit area so it was smelling pungent all the time.

Hotel is ok. But the location is worst because of the intolerable smell.

Price of the hotel is reasonable. Food is good. I stayed there three times on official work. Service provider is good.

Too much mosquitoes. Even after usibg good night whole night they drunk our blood. Smell of fish is too much.

The hotel is very close to a fish factory. There is an unbearable fish smell everywhere, even in rooms. Hotel rooms are below average. Wall paper is peeling, and the floor has water damage. Not good for family stay. I wouldn't advise staying here.

Hotel staff is good. Service also good. Wifi service, near by ratnagiri railway station. Nice for solo male traveller

Hotel not good for family, specially in night as permit room for drinkers is available right behind reception.

I was great stay, since from welcomed to say bye bye. Staff are cooperative, room and other amenities are good.
