Riverside County is a nice place to relax and rejuvenate. Spread over acres, it has nice cosy rooms with all the usual facilities. The staff is efficient, courteous and polite. However, they could have been a little more attentive. Personal stuff left at reception to be sent to our room was not done immediately and other guests consumed our stuff. One of the reception phone lines and housekeeping phone line were not working. We had to walk to the reception to get a message across. The housekeeping staff was ill prepared to clean the room. He did not change the hand towel. He did not clear the dustbin. That spoilt the overall experience. Plus large stretches of the last 40 kms to the resort are in awful condition.

The site is very nice and scenic People are very polite and friendly It will be useful to keep local Maharashtra cousins options in food The indoor sports equipment needs improvement Table tennis balls and bats needs to be new The carrom board needs to be replaced with new professional board

Absolutely horrible experience . The rooms are not at all clean. Very old and not maintained well. Food choices are very limited. Quality of food not upto the mark. Too many insects in the rooms , bathrooms stink very old with no maintenance.

Excellent property in scenic nature. Can go for two nights if you are seeking relaxation. Jungle safari on top of jeep is unique experience. Can extend one day and visit Panhala fort also which is approx 70-75 minutes drive. Food need some improvement so is hospitality of staff! Kayaking and zip line are good activities.

Lovely place great hospitality and lovely food.....nice well kept rooms ..aur kiya chaiye...Good place to enjoy reading relaxing and chilling . The surroundings is quite peaceful and with river flowing birds chirping ..it's a awesome place to relax .....Must visit .

Resort is quite good on bank of a very small river. 2 suggestion that’s why I gave rating of 4 in few areas: 1. Swimming pool slab was unmoulded hence its sharp edge are little risky, for which have feedback and I hope they would correct it immediately and confirm back. 2. Suite or 1BR room outside room also should have ac. Otherwise apart from this everything was quite good. A small wooden piece had entered in my nephew leg and the spa staff (the taller girl) was quite helpful for the efforts she took to take it out and lot of appreciations to her..

IMPROVEMENTS POSSIBILITIES : 1. Now days most are practising yoga / excercise daily. Here is need to provide Yoga Mat, 2nos, 2. Many people prefer Soap for bath., rather body soap solution. Soap is must. 3. Body scrubbers 4. Bar must keep large bottles of beer ! 5. Bar should be with variety of all. 6. All activities must be in operation.

Resort is great. The room (1 BR) was excellent. The activities room requires attention. It is not kept well and the equipment is run down. Due heavy and continuous rains the rooms have fungus and stuffy smell. They should buy dehumidifiers for the rooms.

The resort and amenities are great only since I'm a club Mahindra member when we book a 1 BR we see that we get a sofa cum bed outside which is comfortable for a adult this time it was not comfortable just thought of bringing this to your notice.I do understand it's a associate property of Club Mahindra
