Cottages are decent, view from, property is also good but location is slightly away from main beach. You have to drive to and fro. Restaurant service is good and the food is tasty and good quality. Recommended if you have an average budget range.

Property is great. Rooms are okay. Maintenance is not upto the mark. Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Harsh chemicals are used for the room cleaning, which resulted in allergic reactions. Bathrooms are crumbled. Breakfast is decent. However, we were served molded breads, which is not acceptable.

Hotel prize is low make my trip charged me for extra bed but hotel dont take charges. I booked it for 13000- rs actual prize is 9000-

Property is at a prime location with great ambiance and scenic views. Staff is polite and friendly. Food is good and offer's many traditional kokan dishes as well as continental menu.

A five-star hotel is beautiful facilities, top notch services, and instagram-worthy rooms. Five-star hotels should be run by people who are polite.

It was pleasant stay at the woods. Garden with beach front view was amazing. Staffs also good and cooperative. Rooms which was provided are nee t and clean.

Management of woods is terrible, the room was unhygienic, there were cockroaches on bed, wifi did not work during our entire stay, hand wash in washroom was smelling bad and had to be changed, there was leakage in bathroom taps, food was overpriced and not worth it. Even after complaining about all these things the hotel management did not bother about it at all. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone
