Hotel di recente apertura, camere confortevoli, tutti i dipendenti sorridenti, ottimo servizio. Informare il personale che la stanza odora di vernice perché l'hotel è di recente costruzione. Il personale ha gestito il problema rapidamente.

Location: The hotel location is really good, about 5 mins walk away from the bts. Service & Staff: The staff are really friendly, well versed in English, so no communication issues. They even gave a welcome drink when I reached the hotel to check in. Room Cleanliness & Amenities: The room is clean and comfortable, but there are 2 slight issues first, being the door to the shower space can't close fully. I'm someone who showers with higher water pressure, so I'm worried that the water will spill out and wet the floor. Thankfully, even when the door has a slight gap, not much water spilt out when I showered more inside of the space as the area was big. The second issue is the water temperature of the showers & the tap. It would suddenly churn up, and the water becomes very hot, I have to step aside until it cools down 1 to 2 mins later to resume my showering, it's not a major issue just that it can be pretty annoying after a while. I did feedback to the staff when I checked out as I'm unsure if it is just the room that I stayed in or the other rooms as well. The staff updated that they will arrange for their technicians to check, so hopefully, it will be alright for future travellers. The sound proving of the rooms is not very good so just be aware yah.
