Kadus Grand Hotel

This hotel is over 50 years old; it is big and built like a small palace. It must have been a grand place in its days. It is still remarkable but probably needs refurbishing. The lobby has a grand entrance, it is good sized with many sofas for relaxing there is a central double spiral stair leading to two sides of the first floor. It has four floors. The rooms are carpeted and of good size, the furniture is old and but still good. There is a long counter for storage, a two-door cupboard and some draws. There is a small writing desk with a stool chair, there is also a sofa chair with a table. Lighting in the room is sufficient, there are many power sockets in all the right places. There is no safe box in the room, the hotel can provide one. The bathroom is medium sized, the shower area is separated by a curtain. There are sufficient toiletries and the water pressure is good. In late April, it was still cold and the heating in the rooms was not switched on yet, but the hotel can provide a small heater upon request and depending on availability. Breakfast hall is on the first floor, breakfast buffet is modest, but still sufficient. There are two small lifts. The WIFI is good while connected, it works only in the rooms, other areas have different access codes. The TV channels are all in local language. There are two restaurants in the hotel grounds, and one in the lobby. The swimming pool is outdoor and is closed in winter and rainy season. There is a big parking area in the hotel grounds. The location is good, it is away from the city center, the road in front of the hotel is long and has many shops and cafes, a good place to take a stroll. The hotel is worth staying in.

this hotel renovated and in general has good appearance but in real it so old and you feel it when you enter the rooms but it has a very good restaurant with lots of delicious foods. whenever i go Rasht city i try its restaurant. you can experience the live music in restaurant also.

I'm at a loss for where to begin. We arrived in the afternoon for an overnight stay. This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The bathrooms were unclean and had an unpleasant odor, while the room itself was uncomfortably warm. Following my two complaints and sharing pictures, they reluctantly switched our family suite. However, the second room mirrored the first in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom tiles were shattered, the bathtub's surroundings were covered in mold, and even basic amenities like the kettle, phone, and TV were non-functional, prompting us to lodge complaints for each issue.
