Surf and Turf

Nice apartment with separate sleeping alcove in the center of Hanko, near the East Harbor, built in May 2019.

The apartment is on the first floor on the courtyard side. There is usually a parking space on the street. 150 m to the sea / eastern harbor, 600 m to the actual beach.

Apartment has open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, small dishwasher for 6 dishes), sofa bed, sleeping alcove with double bed (width 140 cm), washroom with walk-in shower (also rain shower), washing machine with dryer and toilet, open terrace. Living room has a sliding window to the terrace.

On the terrace there is a Weber charcoal grill.

Wifi. The whole apartment has underfloor heating. Stone floors throughout. Air source heat pump = Cooling with an air cold pump. The position of Surf n Turf apartment is ideal. The food restaurants located at the Eastern Port's warehouses are just behind the corner (eg. Origo, Skiffer, Hangon makaronitehdas).

The apartment is located in As Oy Villa Valio, which was completed in May 2019. There are altogether 10 apartments in two storey apartment building. As the building is new, yard work will be carried out until 18.6.2019.

On the ground floor of the house there is a sauna and bicycle storage. Sauna turns can be booked from the notice board.

The apartment is suitable for a couple (double bed) and for a small family. The living room sofa can be pulled out to an extra bed of 140 cm width. Long-term rental is not possible (14-day reservations, however, are possible subject to availability).
