Hotel in zona Amna Ali Hassan Ahmed Mosque, Ras Al Khaimah

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

We came from resorts to hotel ‘the hotel was very nice located at the sea side .The beach is very beautiful.The swimming pools are very clean and looking very nice. The food was good The room was clean Their staff Aman ullage is very active and listening good.He assisted friendly way. He make sure safety guidelines and procedures at the beach

Il resort è sorprendente. È senza dubbio uno dei migliori resort in RAK. Abbiamo trascorso i nostri nuovi anni e il nostro anniversario a The Cove Rotana e abbiamo avuto un bel tempo. Abbiamo avuto molto cura con tutti i trattamenti speciali. Il cibo in cipolle è fantastico e il personale del resort è così amichevole. Quando abbiamo controllato la nostra stanza, abbiamo visto che la stanza che ci era stata data non aveva balcone né bagno. Ci siamo chiesti un rinnovo perché avevamo pagato un enorme importo per il NYE. Un staff chiamato Tara ci ha aiutato a ottenere l'innalzamento molto veloce. Il tipo di casalinga era il più dolce, ha decorato bene il nostro letto e ha anche messo un tavolo con i desideri d'anniversario!! C'era anche un personale in Breakers Beach Bar, chiamato Min. E' un ragazzo sorprendente. Ho ordinato un mojito e gli ho detto che deve sembrare buono come era per i social media. Egli si assicurava di darmi il migliore, e suggerì anche che mi optasse per il mojito di fragole, e poi disse che non era possibile dare il mojito nel vetro, perché non avevamo al bar, ma al lato della spiaggia, riposando sui letti del sole. Quando ha visto che ero un po' turbato, ci ha lasciato portare il bicchiere sulla spiaggia. In generale abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e consiglierei molto questo resort a chiunque volesse avere un grande tempo con la famiglia e gli amici.

Very bougie and lovely! It was a perfect stay! Food was amazing, people were fantastic, and the grounds/rooms are immaculate!!! This is somewhere you'll want to stay every time you visit RAK!!!

had an amazing stay. had opted for two meals and both were delicious as one can ever have it. Even got an extension on checkout from Mr. Houssam (front desk).

Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione tramite trip.com a Rixos Bab al bahr RAK. Abbiamo prenotato una camera premium con vista che significa vista sull'oceano o sulla piscina ma viaggio. Com ci ha prenotato una camera premium con vista sul giardino. Questo è un chiaro caso di frode e sfiducia. Anche il personale della reception dell'hotel ha confermato che si tratta di una chiara camera premium con vista che significa che deve essere vista sull'oceano o sulla piscina. Le spese extra che abbiamo pagato per la camera premium con vista sono state sprecate perché trip.com ha prenotato una camera con vista sul giardino per noi. In secondo luogo, abbiamo perso un'altra ora per risolvere questo conflitto tra l'hotel e trip.com. La mia prima esperienza con la prenotazione tramite trip.com è stata davvero pessima in termini di fiducia..

Il posto è molto nuovo, le camere sono grandi, il letto è molto comodo e la piscina è molto bello. Il ristorante è buono e le scelte alimentari sono molte.
