酒店就在火車站對面，周邊有超市，非常方便。早餐品種豐富，餐廳的服務人員熱情，記得住了幾天的客人喜歡喝什麼咖啡。

My sister and I stayed here just for a night. Reception was wonderful, quick check in process. Location right across from the train station is so convenient. Unfortunately when we arrived it was pouring so did not walk around the town of Rapperswil. The bed was comfortable, we did have trouble working the tv, but I think we were just tired. Breakfast was also wonderful. Quality selections, lots of healthy options and good coffee. Would definitely recommend.

Not happy with the service at this hotel at all. I would not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel. It is sad that I sit for 5 hours waiting on a hotel room. It is approaching 3 PM when my room is scheduled to be turned over to me but it does not look as if this is going to happen.

Perfect location, the room we had was big and clean on the last floor with a nice terrace, in room we found fresh fruits, cookies and bottles of water. Breakfast was very good, really friendly staff. Private parking near the hotel.

Everything during our stay was perfect, starting with the warm and friendly receptionist, the nice, clean room and including the rich breakfast buffet. Tip: If you like to sleep with your window open, choose a room without a view

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit neuen Möbeln und Facelift aufgewertet. Alle Angestellten sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet klein aber frische Produkte. Beim Rührei darf noch etwas geübt werden. Aber der freundliche Service machte es wett. Kaffeeportionen im Zimmer sind wie in allen Hotels zu wenig…und sagt mir… wer will koffeinfreien Kaffee? Aber auch dies ein Elend in allen Hotels. Gerne wieder.
