Dies ist, zusammen mit dem Preis, auch der größte Kritikpunkt. Ein altes Haus mit kleinen Zimmern für diesen Preis anzubieten ist einfach unverschämt, selbst für isländische Verhältnisse. Abgesehen vom Zustand des Gebäudes, den kleinen Zimmern und dem Preis gab es auch nichts auszusetzen, Sauberkeit und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Für 50€ weniger pro Nacht wäre es vielleicht sogar eine Empfehlung wert, aber nicht unter diesen Umständen."

"Accommodation was great - amazing location, nice small cottage where we found everything we needed. HOWEVER the check-in process was really terrible experience. We called to the phone number that we found on the hotel website - it means we followed the check-in process as it stated in confirmation email. Lady told us code that we had to use to get into cottage but we could not understood precisely the number. So we asked her to repeat slowly. She told us she can’t repeat it and hang up the phone. After that we couldn’t call her back - she probably block my number so my friend tried to call her, she blocked also her phone number. So we called her through Trip - she picked up and after we told her we want to check in I to North Star cottage she again hang up. So my friend went to the cottage door and tried combinations of number to unlock the door - otherwise we wouldn’t sleep in the cottage this night. Really terrible experience and unprofessional behaviour of staff. Definitely not recommending."
