"価格はアイスランド価格という感じですが、寝泊まりには充分満足です！舗装されていない道を3kmほど運転する必要がありますので、特に冬の期間は車の選択を考える必要かもしれません。周りにお店はありませんが、シリアルや牛乳が準備されていますので、食べ物には困りません(感謝！) 隣の声は聞こえます。ホテルなどではなく、普通の部屋です。真隣に部屋があります。 広い共用スペースに十分な部屋、準備されている朝食。 価格がアイスランドですが、良いゲストハウスです！"

"Eins vorweg, das aktuell von Trip.com genutzte Bild zeigt ein anderes Hotel. Das Hotel Skoga hat ein dunkles Schrägdach und ist mittlerweile ziemlich abgewohnt. Dies ist, zusammen mit dem Preis, auch der größte Kritikpunkt. Ein altes Haus mit kleinen Zimmern für diesen Preis anzubieten ist einfach unverschämt, selbst für isländische Verhältnisse. Abgesehen vom Zustand des Gebäudes, den kleinen Zimmern und dem Preis gab es auch nichts auszusetzen, Sauberkeit und Frühstück waren in Ordnung. Für 50€ weniger pro Nacht wäre es vielleicht sogar eine Empfehlung wert, aber nicht unter diesen Umständen."

Questo hotel è consigliato."

"A circa dieci minuti di auto da Seriyaland. Viviamo qui al momento del ritorno. La stanza è un po' spaventosa la sera. La polvere fuori è molto bella quando il sole sorge la mattina."

"Accommodation was great - amazing location, nice small cottage where we found everything we needed. HOWEVER the check-in process was really terrible experience. We called to the phone number that we found on the hotel website - it means we followed the check-in process as it stated in confirmation email. Lady told us code that we had to use to get into cottage but we could not understood precisely the number. So we asked her to repeat slowly. She told us she can’t repeat it and hang up the phone. After that we couldn’t call her back - she probably block my number so my friend tried to call her, she blocked also her phone number. So we called her through Trip - she picked up and after we told her we want to check in I to North Star cottage she again hang up. So my friend went to the cottage door and tried combinations of number to unlock the door - otherwise we wouldn’t sleep in the cottage this night. Really terrible experience and unprofessional behaviour of staff. Definitely not recommending."

"非常糟糕的體驗。因為Trip.com 沒有寄任何房間的Code 給我們，儘管我們之前就已經跟酒店説我們會晚上九點以後才到，酒店回答我們，到24小時都有人在，結果我們到的時候根本沒有有人在那邊！ 依酒店的方法聯繫也沒有人迴應，最後還是得打國際電話，才有人出來把房間的密碼給我們！ 之前所有的聯繫都沒有提到作用，而其他認識的，他們因為在別的平台像是Booking .com預約的酒店，他們都有收到酒店給的房間密碼，所以我對我們這個平台Trip.com 非常的失望，過來的幾天還會有住酒店也是透過Trip.com預約的酒店，可以預想沒有拿到密碼，晚上沒辦法進去房間一樣的事情又要發生。 這家酒店非常的簡單樸素，房間裏面沒有電視，就是衹是睡覺的地方，房間非常的小，傢俱陳舊，有一點像是青年旅館的樣子，稱不上是酒店或是有三星，給個兩星就差不多了。 早餐真的是簡單的可憐，不會建議花錢在早餐上！他早餐的時間衹到9:00，一大早醒來又貴又難吃，心疼！"

"自己淋了雨，不能讓別人和我一樣。 和朋友在冰島租了車，一共在這裏住了兩晚。 第一晚：晚上10點多到了酒店門口，發現聯繫不上酒店工作人員。電話不接，郵件不回，看訂房時酒店發的郵件工作時間是下午4點到下午9點，過期不候。十分焦急，以為一晚上兩千多還得是車裡。 🌟重點：後來發現後邊有個白色房子，就去嘗試了下，然後一個非常熱情的小哥，打了一個電話，給開了房間。 第二晚：因為訂房時房間不夠，然後兩天定的不是一個房型。第二天下午5點，給酒店發了郵件，但是未回覆。之後又斷斷續續打了好幾次電話，仍然沒人接聽。晚上到了酒店，又去了後邊房子，那個小哥又給開了房間。 🌟🌟總結：最好提前發郵件打電話看看有沒有回覆，沒有回覆，到了地點，別管幾點，直接去後邊白色房子説要check in."
