Rancho Cordova Marriott Review Do not book this hotel while remodeling construction is going on. My wife and I made a reservation at the Rancho Cordova Marriott through the Bonvoy App for Friday June 21st so that we could attend a wedding in Fair Oaks. We would be traveling by car for a long time and intended on napping right after check-in. We were given a room 723. When we got in the room, there was an incredibly loud racket going on. It sounded like jackhammer above us and appeared to exceed noise level well over over any healthy level. My Apple Watch issued a warning. When we advised the front desk they told that there was remodeling reconstruction going on at the hotel, that has been going on for awhile and that it will be going on for a long time There was nothing in the app that indicated that there would be construction going on during our stay, and that it would be so loud that it probably violates health codes. In fact, there were no notifications whatsoever on the app or in the email confirming the reservation. We had no indication that there was any construction going on whatsoever. My wife got a severe headache from the jackhammering noise. We asked the front desk to change our room to be further away from the construction. We were told that the hotel was full and that they couldn’t provide us any other room. I doubt that everybody had checked in when we did . We could’ve been moved to another room and the hotel could’ve provided this room to someone else when they checked in after construction stopped. We were treated poorly. The room was uninhabitable. We are Bonvoy members and have been using Marriott for years. That will probably change unless Marriott changes their procedures, letting people know that the hotel is on the construction, and that the noise may be extraordinary. It was too late for us to move to another hotel. We were told that the construction would stop at 5 PM, but it did not. When we complained to the the Front Desk they failed to do anything about it. In the morning, I made my concerns known to the morning manager, Zachary Vega. He said he would pass my complaint up to more senior Management. I received voicemail the next day from SHARAE TURNER , the General manager. In it she gave me a few Bonvoy points for the inconvenience. That does not resolve my concern. She said I could call her to discuss this but she hasn’t accepted my call or returned it. Marriott must prominently post the fact that the hotel is on the serious reconstruction on the Bonvoy app, the website and in emails of confirmation.

Sono rimasto qui per una settimana e tutto era grande, colazione a pod, personale amichevole e guidare vicino a molte cose. C'erano solo due questioni che avevo una, la parte inferiore della piscina non era molto pulita quando nuotevo, ma era lunedì mattina e ci erano molti ospiti nella piscina durante il fine settimana. Not the cleanest by far...... No screen on the window... For $95 a night you would think they would be way cleaner and quiet. The maid service is not even an option since they don't come to your room at all and if you see them they just forget to bring what you asked for. I'm extremely disappointed in my stay and would like to be more content if I extend my stay.

I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times it’s a little outdated but generally pretty decent. They have significantly raise their price while offering nothing more if anything though this time our room was missing an ice bucket we upgraded to a room with our deck sitting area outside by the pool we were the only one that did not have a table on her deck so we had to like drag furniture out to use as a table when we asked about the ice buckets they told us they didn’t have any so we had to use plastic bags to bring ice back to our room and hold it in the sink. Just the magic seemed gone this time it just was not the same feeling that I’ve had in the past at the same hotel. Super disappointed that they can charge so much in the room not be together and when you ask for stuff that normally comes in a room you’re told no they don’t have it I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide an ice bucket. And if I’m paying more for a room that has a sitting area to be the only sitting area without a table is not OK and the housekeeping staff I think it was the head housekeeper kept giving us dirty luxe she was very rude I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t. I’m just shocked by the lack of care and attitude.

The staff is really great. I honestly have had the biggest change of heart because of the transition I'm in. My lease was up in middle of December and I have planned to move to Florida once my settle is approved. And until then, I am in this motel. Staff, great. Very helpful, very polite, and honestly overall understanding. I appreciate this place. Its given a sense of normalcy since I had to ”live in a motel”. I've been here for two weeks 12/31 til now 01/09 and going.

Ho scelto la Hyatt Place contro i numerosi altri a pochi passi per il servizio alimentare, mi aspettavo una camera confortevole e l'ho trovata. L'hotel era molto più tranquillo di quanto mi aspettassi, un bonus di benvenuto, nonostante ci fossero ovviamente molti altri ospiti, la mia seconda notte, un team di football universitario di ragazze è entrato e mi aspettavo di sentire almeno una conversazione alta tutta la notte, Ma non ha sentito un whisper. Era particolarmente bello essere in grado di avere un panino molto delizioso, ali o snack alla fine di un lungo giorno quando non mi sentivo come andare di nuovo fuori.
