Very unclean, unfit for stay, torn bed spreads, bedbugs, cockroaches, full of dust, totally disappointed stay.

1. Photos are quite deceptive. 2. Rooms were quite smelly. 3. Bathroom was not good. 4. Breakfast was not good and we're not having options. 5. Had to ask for basic things like toothbrush instead of them providing the same.

Over all observation property was good and staff behaviour very polite and test of food was good no spicy best thing is that staff asked to me if anything need you can connect 24 hrs

Not worth spending this much amount as hygiene wasn't maintained. Food quality was lower than average. No proper lights. Not worth it

Firstly staff behaviour was not appropriate. Location is too far from main area. Room service were so slow. After check in i called several time to reception for ac repair as it was not working but no response from their end. In fact they didn't provide drinking water. Very bad experience with this hotel.

We have been treated badly by manager of hotel. We asked for complementary breakfast which was booked by me in all my bookings has been denied and told to me that i have not done booking for breakfast. I shown the offer but hotel management denied. I am disappointed due to negative approach and felt nobody is concern about their customer and most importantly wherein i have been doing regular bookings for business trips as well as personal trips.
