The hotel was very close to the station and pretty clean. The room had a geyser, which is good for ranchi's weather. Overall experience is ok

As usual great stay at hotel sunny. Smooth check in process. Manager and other housekeeping staffs too decent and co operative. Location perfect. Highly appreciated and recommended.

It was clean and the staffs' behaviour was very nice. The location is exactly 5 mins walking from the station. It was my second stay, my experience this is better than the previous. A decent stay at this price with is location is value for money.

Hotel's location is near to ranchi railway station, around 450m. Cleanliness was good. Staff behaviour was good. It was a good stay for us. All amenities was working properly.

It was good but but room service telephone not working and lock system of bath room also broken but over all room was good and staff is also comparative

My stay was quite comfortable. Location is good but other amenities was an average. I am very much dissatisfied.

Room is quite ok. But ac function is not satisfactory. Tv was there but not working, tv remote was not there. Overall stay is average. I am frequently visit ranch and prefer this hotel, i am staying there for the last 1 year and every time i am expecting that this time i will get better hospitality but failed to get. But the staff are very cooperative. There behaviors and attitude is quite positive.

There no headache for catch the trains. 7. Last but not the least mr. Jagdish ji behavior & caring just like a own father. He tensed when we late come. Just like a father. For him the hotel will be see more success in future. Thank you.

Good experience, hotel was good stay, staff are familiar and good behaviour, early check in good, ac is not working good

Room service is very bad. Receptionist behaviour much more rough. I am not feel good. Room environment is to much durty. There was a lot of dust/cockroaches in the room so i told the reception to send someone to clean the room but they didn't respond.

Experience was not good. Bedsheets and blanket were dirty. Asked them to change multiple times and staffs behavior was not professional.

Rooms are very dull. Cleaning didn't happen for two days. Very near to ranchi station, and staff's behaviour is good.

Worst hotel ever stayed. Rooms are just like a cage & there is no space after bed. No ventilation & suffocating rooms. Staff & owner are too rude to even talk properly. We even had to argue with hotel staffs to change cigarette burnt bedspread & pillow covers.
