"Это потрясающее место! В номере 2 кровати и диванчин,немного все уставшее. Но с учетом расположения все компенсируется. Есть насыпная парковка для машин. Можно побродить по чайной плантации,рядом классное кафе с разными блюдами с добавлением чая. Ночью слышны гекконы,птицы и т.д. нашему ребенку это было очень не обычно😅"

"Pros: spazioso alloggio in legno situato proprio all'ingresso del parco di Kinabalu con parcheggio privato. Dormono al suono del fiume e svegliamo fino al giardino degli uccelli e degli insetti. L'alloggio è molto accogliente e ha 2 camere da letto con bagni singoli. La struttura è molto attraente, con un'ampia gamma di servizi e servizi attenti. Il colazione era un buffet, semplice ma sufficiente.
Cons: le lana avevano alcuni tinni su di loro. Nessun aircondition in camera da letto e il vecchio fan stava solo girando alla velocità più bassa, anche se lo stabilimmo a piena velocità. È molto caldo durante il pomeriggio. Il fan del dormitorio master e il asciugacapelli del bagno non funzionavano. Le tende non erano di tipo blackout e la stanza diventa molto luminosa non appena il sole uscirà. Devo comprare biglietti separati per entrare nel parco canabalu e le altre attività all'interno.
La gestione della camera non è economica e gli ospiti meritano di godere di tutte le strutture in condizioni di lavoro perfette per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole e memorabile."

La stanza era solo la dimensione giusta, la che abbiamo prenotato aveva una cucina e vari utensili, oltre a una microonde.
La vista era sorprendente solo un passo fuori e si può godere del magnifico scenario KK mt.
Inoltre, il grilletto ti darà un richiamo di sveglio per catturare il risalto del sole ;) haha
Molto consigliato! Perfetto per un viaggio rilassante con amici o famiglia.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at Happy Pink, we like the cold nights and breeze there! The view is the same as the photos! Perfect for nature lovers who love sceneries' more the TV. The swing outside each house is enjoyable to have a view at Mount KK. We like the cosyness of the restaurants and the service there. Food is ok but a little slow in serving. Negative is that the water for showering is too weak to be used. We were joking that ”By the time the water flow down to our feet, our hair is already dry”

CChng XiuWe had a quiet and peaceful stay at this hotel. It’s perfect for those looking to relax and recharge. The highlight? The genuine mountain view. Open the windows and you’ll see the majestic Mount Kinabalu right in front of you—an absolutely breathtaking sight to wake up to.
The room provides all the basic necessities, though there’s some room for improvement. A toothbrush set would be a nice addition. The electric kettle required some fiddling (I had to press it downward to get it working), and the smart TV, while functional, was a bit laggy and internet slow to load.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a different variety served each morning. As the only restaurant in the mountainous area, their dinner menu was decent too.
Overall, this is a great place to rest, reset, and soak in nature with simple, scenic, and serene.

TL;DR: This place feels more like a meditation centre than a hotel, it will not provide you with supplements. It's a bare room. You need to bring toothbrush&paste and buy drinks somewhere as it is not provided. No tv and fan. No in-house restaurant. There are mosquitoes at the garden near afternoon, and the balcony at night, but there are no insects in the room (family room). In exchange you will get a very clear and vivid Mt Kinabalu view in the near-dawn morning (where there is no mosquito), a working shower with heater, concrete floor that reduces nearby noise, and cold foggy experience.
Long:
This place is within the fog path so you will get the foggy experience. You can also see Mt. Kinabalu at the right time and it looks quite close (e.g. dawn 6 a.m.). You can even see the electric towers and resthouse, it's that close. Moreover, this place is more like a meditation centre than a hotel. It is visibly run down probably since covid as that is also when the in-house restaurant got closed down. Considering my experience as a recurrent visitor of Kundasang, mosquito has always been the least of my concern. Somehow this place has lots of them. We got bit quite a lot in a short span of time.
Undesirable / Cons:
-No water kettle, no supplements (water bottle, coffee pack, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.). Porcelain mugs are provided though
-No in-house cafe/restaurant but nearby has a few (400 meters at least)
-No tv, no fan but cold in general
-Quite a lot of mosquito and moths outside at the garden place in the afternoon and at the balcony connecting the 2 buildings at night. There are no electric zapper.
-Seems a bit run down at the garden. 2 broken board pieces on the floor for example.
-It has no Qibla for muslim people, at least in family room
Desirable / Pros:
-Big room. Not smelly
-Is cement board floor
-Big single beds. Not smelly
-Clean bed. Fluffy cover.
-Water heater is working for family room at least
-Relatively clean inside room and at reception. No insects in room. No weird bugs around.
-Has a table and chairs in room
-Lots of electrical port
-Wifi provided by hotel is strong (2.4Ghz and 5Ghz
-Very near main road. So good road going towards the hotel
-Aki-Aki trail starting point is nearby. Plan to go next time so no experience as of this review
This place is not too bad. Not too good either. Personally, I wouldn't place this as my top place for the foggy and view considering other options but I don't mind returning if necessary. It will sure be much much better to highly recommended with much needed renovation and have some methods to deal with those mosquito.
p.s. There's a cute puppy that invites you at the entrance. 😂
p.s.s. I saw a greater coucal gliding into the forest in the morning!

The weather was perfect—chilly and pleasant, with a nice breeze. Since we’re used to hot weather, it was like a dream come true.
The reception area was huge and right next to it was a great restaurant that served delicious Nasi Goreng. There were plenty of parking spaces, and the resort itself was clean and well-maintained.
The view was incredible! From our room on the Kinabalu Wing, we could see the majestic Mount Kinabalu. It was breathtaking!
Just a heads up, the dirt and stone road leading to the resort is about 2.2 km long, and if you’re not used to it, it might be a bit bumpy. If you’re coming here for the first time, it’s best to arrive before dark.
I’m definitely going back here again! Maybe next time, I’ll have a barbecue under the stars of Kinabalu. That would be epic!
