Travelodge Hotel - Ramsgate Seafront

Clean tidy really standard room.think due to booking on line deals but it had bath and shower beds and pull out beds. Tv tea coffee But still clean. Windows could do with a wash out side but it’s the seaside staff friendly

Room was a disgrace, dirty, not been cleaned and had hair in pillows. When asked had to change sheets myself. No AC. Poor service.

This is the worst Travel lodge I’ve ever stayed at The air con unit dripped water next to the bed.because of this the room was literally rotting and had mould. I booked though Travago so was not aware that the £20 I’d paid for breakfast was a waste as it didn’t start until after I was planning to leave. There was no attempt at a refund.

A very hot noisy room. The lobby and lift smelled really unpleasant. There were no water glasses in the room. The room was clean and the linen etc fine but no bath mat. The few staff we met were however very helpful.

A massive thank you to Jordan for making our first trip to Ramsgate/ Thanet memorable. He went above and beyond his duties by suggesting places to visit, for meals,etc, nothing was ever to big or to small for him. Jordan was very helpful, patient and friendly whilst being very professional, which I’m very grateful for as I have had a stroke but Jordan never rushed me if I needed anything. Thank you very much for making our stay very comfortable.

Been to Ramsgate previously but never stayed in this Travelodge before. Clean rooms and good food. Jordan was so nice and went out of his way to help all the time! Such a credit to the team.
