"Was given a top floor room and asked for another as wife has just had two knee replacements the lady then gave us another room which was further away and just as many stairs, the room was ok but their was a noise which made it impossible to hear the television so on asking was put in the original top floor room and the television was not working only one Chanel and could not alter anything, We were then given another room two doors away and the room was fine but still top floor, both in mid seventies and was watched struggling up lots of stairs with no offer of help, very poor service and understanding."

"The overall look of the Hotel was GREAT, the location was very relaxing and it had a resounding freshness in the air which is something that can’t be replicated in London where I’m from! My only two issues were with my room, as the internal bath room fan stayed on longer than normal which was a little irritating at times and also the bath was ‘creaking’ like old floor boards when I stepped in it to shower . Other than that the hotel would have got 5/5 stars so hence only awarded 4/5 instead. Apart from those two things I stated it was a perfect stay!"

"room was clean beds and ere comfy, the staff weren’t that cheery. The gym and pool facilities which are included and really good. Would stay again."

"hotel fantastico, camera fantastica.
ho avuto un colpo di baileys per 4 sterline avrei pensato che fosse un bicchiere pieno ma non lo era.
la piscina era incredibile il nostro secondo giorno, siamo andati a nuotare per la seconda volta e abbiamo chiesto una chiave per gli armadietti io e la mia ragazza ne abbiamo presi 1 ciascuno il giorno prima, ma il giorno successivo ne è stato dato solo 1 e ci è stato detto che dovevamo entrare lo spogliatoio di famiglia che era imbarazzante dato che c'erano bambini piccoli lì dentro.
nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e ci tornerei."

The Travelodge Hotel - Bury was recently opened in 2025, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Bury. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Ramsbottom located approximately 10km away and Manchester Airport roughly 40km away. This hotel is located near many of Bury's attractions including Hollins Social Club, hollins community centre and Hollins Vale Local Nature Reserve. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

"The baptism occasion was very good with the location to take pictures and the standard of the buffet was excellent with a good bar choice and service
We stayed overnight but when the festivities had ceased there was no one in the bar and no food service which was a pity the staff served drinks when required and were very polite and available
The room was basic and did the job for a short stay (1 night ) didn’t have breakfast it seemed a bit pricey for the choice
But overall it did the job in a nice setting"

"Hotel Pool has now beeb decommissioned and no longer operational. Gym was available but not much equipment available. During my stay there was a maintenance malfunction resulting in two whole floors of the building having to endure loud drilling noise throughout the night as no onsite maintenance team to fix. Had to move rooms at 11pm and entire floor one stank of ******** - concierge advised the hotel have this problem frequently but they are unable to police guests who are smoking **** in their rooms. Not the best five days business trip overall although menu was great and staff were very friendly. Daily car parking charge of £5 per night for guests should be abolished in my opinion."
