Amazing property, beautiful rooms and the view. The service also left us amazed. Manoj did a great job here. Perfect getaway location amidst the nature. Projector, Bluetooth speakers, couches.. they’ve got you covered with everything.

Very nice property .The staff was so friendly specially manoj ji taken care of everything . The food is also good .The property has every required amenities. As the rooms are so spacious .Room heaters are provided Projector is one of the best thing i enjoyed

It was wonderful stay. Food was delicious. Staff was very helpful. Mr Manoj, Mohan, Suraj and Pankaj were very helpful. Property is surrounded by scenic beauty and fruit trees all around which makes the stay more wonderful. At night the hotel becomes more beautiful due to lightnings.

Pro’s: - The view and the location of the property - The staff is very friendly and super helpful with all your needs, making it a comfortable stay - The food was amazing, fresh to order! Con’s: - Property upkeep seems to be lagging such as no airconditioner. As it’s hot these days, an airconditioner would have helped - They need to spruce up the place a bit more with special attention to hygiene - The final stretch to the property was really bad and screwed up my car tires (fyi, it’s a 2 year old car) Would I recommend and go back? Hell yes, only because of the location and the people that work there!

Beautiful and unique accommodation. Peaceful and eye catcher view Cooperative staff and home made tasty food . Amazing place for memorial moments with family and friends. Take your beverages with you because its very outside and far away from market

Reasons of dissatisfaction: 1. Very rude staff except Nadeem and Mohan, unlike my experience of hospitality of hills 2. Hospitality especially while serving food was like throwing food on the table, no table layouts, no courtesy, no smiles, nothing to be asked pleasantly….very very bad experience 3. Seclude forgot the basic training of staff specially when you are in this business, seems like they were obliging us while the rates of the place was off the roof 4. Rooms cleanliness below average, upon request they got ready to mere change the towels 5. Bathrooms were stinking and not at all pleasant 6. Not at all value for money, a very beautiful location getting wasted with current state of affairs My list can go on and on but after this experience I will be moving my preferences elsewhere as I am frequent visitor to the place. Hope you get the basics right before it’s late.

Price of the rooms are over hyped...not the worth of 7500. I stayed in Grishma room. Projector is not a good option..in day light projector is useless. Pricing is very high as compare to room and location . Breakfast always includes in room price but seclude deny to provide tht and I think breakfast included in room fair is a standard practise in hotel industry.. Only clicking the picture from a particular angel make ur room good in ur marketing book otherwise it's an avg room with very high price. Hotel is charging very high prices... Not very much open space in the hotel...

Excellent stay… beautifully done clean rooms, a spacious balcony with a superb view of the mountains and then you have the best of hosts Manoj and Mohan to take care all your needs including hot delicious food. The property has small garden areas with nicely maintained flower plants and sitting areas. Recommend for travelers seeking some peaceful time with nature.

The stay at Seclude was very cozy and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The place has serene beautiful view. The food was very good quality. Kids and family enjoyed a lot. The best part was the view from balcony and a place no one is there to disturb. Will visit again
