Rooms not given to us even after taking the payment, they treated like dogs in hotel reception don't visit again, make my trip people are also involved in this scam still waiting for refund

Peaceful and decent stay. Rooms were spacious and neat. Problems informed were attended on time. Be sure to include kids while booking

The stay and service were both good, but i had to keep nudging the receptionist for food and water (probably because it was crowded)

Food was amazing, proper up-pah and kaaram, services was next level, one call and the next moment they provide what was asked. Dont forget to take one soap lol because i missed taking heheheheheehe

Room is very good - clean and neat. Very spacious with a balcony overlooking main road. But checkin experience wasn't welcoming. Nobody to help with luggage. Corridors appeared dark and dungy (lights weren't turned on until very late in the evening. Worst of all, loud music from neighborhood. Even with all doors, windows closed we couldn't sleep well. Informing reception didn't help. Even though we were assured they will go, speak and get the music stopped/volume reduced nothing happened until 1am. Complimentary breaks was just ok. Limited varities and average taste.

Hotel room was clean and spacious, sufficient basement parking space but the toilet was dirty and poor in maintenance. Toilet seat, door, wall, floor needs through cleaning. Wash basin was choked. Very good and helpful staff. Overall positive experience.

Everything is good. But in the restaurant only limited variety available. But you can put order in zomato. But in overall it's a nice hotel to stay.

They don’t provide any tea coffee towels and even water after several reminders horrible stay staff is very horrible. Worst experience. Hotel pics are very different from actual
