Rooms good. Pathetic restaurant...don't have good South Indian coffee, burnt bread roasting mc, no butter ..no sugar sachets or tissue at table.....need to ask everything seperately even for the buffet Don't know how to handle even buffet service though staff is courteous. Untrained. Not fit for Tamilnadu or South Indian . They don't even compensate properly for poor delivery....very money minded and less service minded

Excellent Hotel for travellers to Ramanathapuram & Tirupullani. With all basic amenities and welcoming staff, the hotel gave is no cause for complaint. Great place for vegetarians as the has a pure vegetarian restaurant as well as a c as a cafe for fast food. The complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. All the ten people travelling in a group were uniformly satisfied with the stay. The entire experience from booking to check out was smooth.Would strongly recommend this hotel, Mr. Shyam and his staff, for people visiting this area particularly vegetarians.

A very nice place just 100m from railway/ bus stations. Ambience is good. Rooms are very clean. Courteous and polite staff. Inhouse restaurant food is great, but preparation time for certain items are high. Please plan your time accordingly. Local conveyance and outstation trips arranged, but cost is a bit higher. But options are clearly explained.

Coral residency one the best hotel for stay. Very very poor response.. no communication for doubts…. Even after writing to customer care also ‘No reply’.

This was our first visit to The Coral Residency, and it turned out to be a great experience! We found this hotel while planning a family trip to Uthrakosai Mangai Temple. We were a group of 5 family members, and after checking several online platforms like Agoda, MakeMyTrip, and Goibibo, we shortlisted three hotels, and Coral Residency was one of them. I noticed some price variations across these platforms, so I decided to call the hotel directly to check for better rates and offers. The call was answered by Mr. Shyam, who was extremely polite and helpful. I initially enquired about a suite room, but since it wasn’t available, he suggested booking one family room and one comfort room instead. He explained all the room details patiently, answered all my questions, and gave me time to make a decision. Once we confirmed, he shared all the booking details via WhatsApp, including pricing and payment information. He requested a 50% advance payment to confirm the booking, which we completed without any hassle. We had informed the hotel that we’d arrive by 6 PM, but since the places we visited weren’t crowded, we reached earlier—around 3 PM. On the way, we couldn’t find any vegetarian restaurants, so I called Mr. Shyam again to ask for nearby food options. He informed us that their in-house restaurant (on the 4th floor) is one of the best in town, and he assured us that lunch would be ready by the time we checked in. After completing the check-in formalities, we headed straight to the restaurant. The food was served promptly, and we were honestly very impressed by the taste and quality. The hotel has a spacious parking area next to the building, and valet service is available, which made things easier. They also offer cab services for guests who wish to visit nearby attractions. The next morning, we enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, which was excellent! There were more than 12 items on the menu, and apart from Pongal (which was okay), everything else tasted amazing. You can either pay separately for lunch and dinner or request them to include it in your final bill. We had a very comfortable and pleasant experience.
