Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.About checkIn:Check in after 3:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 21.About events:No events allowed.

Stayed for 2 nights for a show. Its very clean and cute! Owner is very responsive and accommodating. Convenient to downtown and had space to park our trailer. Thank you Leslie!

A Wonderful Stay
This is the cutest little home! Everything was perfect. We stayed for one night to pack up our son from college for the summer. I wished we had more time as we were leaving. Not only is the location amazing! The front porch with rocking chairs, the interior decor, the cute kitchenette, EVERYTHING is perfect. Highly recommend!! Oh, and the owner is also very accommodating!!!!

Comfortable quick visit
This is such a cute little house, and the furnishings are so comfortable. My kids loved the two big trees out front, and my daughter and I loved the access to good tea and honey.
