Absolutely loved the stay, excellent food and the most courteous hospitality

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furnishings. However, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty at times. The hotel's location was convenient, close to various attractions. The on-site amenities, like the fitness center and restaurant, added to the overall positive impression. Despite minor issues, I would consider staying here again.

We stayed here for two nights and would have loved to stay longer. Our personal butler Ravi arranged for a late check out in order for us to get the most out of our stay. The service is excellent and all the rooms beautiful and the view is fantastic. We enjoyed some quiet days at the pool before going to busy Udaipur for more wonderful sightseeing.

This hotel is just stunning! The architecture, the rooms, the swimming pool, the restaurant are all fabulous and the food selection and quality is great. We had an amazing room which had its own turret, bedroom, dining area, dressing room and bathroom fit for a king. For all these reasons it worth staying here, however I have to say the staff were truly amazing. This was the 7th hotel we'd stayed in in India and we found the staff extremely helpful and friendly on all occasions, however somehow at this hotel it seemed at another level! Everyone just seemed so happy and friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They all felt like our long lost family. We left with such a warm feeling in our hearts because of the wonderful people. Thank you to each and every member of staff who made this visit special. Our 2 regrets are: firstly we didn't stay longer and have some relaxation time, and secondly our guide rushed us away quickly in the morning at check out and we totally forgot to add money to the tip box. We felt devastated by this as we truly wanted to recognise how we appreciated the staff here.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was absolutely amazing. The architecture, the staff, the food, the pool, the cleanliness—honestly, it’s hard to find a single fault. We had also stayed at another Raas hotel in Jaipur, which was just as beautiful. This hotel is perched on the side of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the rolling hills and the village below. After touring the Golden Triangle, we were grateful for the chance to unwind and relax at the Raas. I also had a wonderful massage at the hotel spa, which was a perfect touch. The building itself is magnificent, though it's important to note that there are steps everywhere, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. We easily could have stayed another couple of nights, do not forget to take the local village tour, which was fascinating. It was a great way to immerse ourselves in local life and meet even more friendly, welcoming people. The pool area is lovely, and I highly recommend trying the rose petal ice cream and rose petal lemonade, which the staff bring around to refresh you from the heat of the sun. Also do not forget to drop in on the family of tortoise who occupy the spa garden, ever seen a tortoise run? these do, they literally are so tame they run towards you ! Our accommodation was perfect—spacious, with five balconies, each offering magnificent views. Dining on the high balcony at the main restaurant was a wonderful experience, whether by day or night. After dinner, they’d light a bonfire for everyone to gather around and enjoy dessert on another rooftop. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you're looking for rest and relaxation in a stunning hotel set amidst beautiful gardens, with excellent food and service, this place cannot be beaten. Would we return? In a heartbeat.
