Very nice stay. It was my first experience with make my trip. I didnt believe that i would get so much nice services. I really appreciate this stay. Good experience, thanks a lot for this. Images not taken

From the moment i walked through the doors, i was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their attention to detail and exceptional service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable that i felt like i was sleeping on a cloud. The room's amenities were well thought out and made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and helped with transportation arrangements. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delight. The food was of top quality, and the menu offered a good variety. However, my one suggestion would be to introduce a proper breakfast buffet. Having more options in the morning would make the dining experience even more enjoyable for guests who have different tastes and dietary preferences.

E 'veramente un hotel molto bello. Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e all'autostrada nazionale nagpur a raipur. Il cibo era anche buono. C'era un ambiente familiare totale. Anche se il mio soggiorno potevo vedere diversi eventi professionali e personali/partite sono state organizzate. In generale è buono e se si desidera visitare il donggarh e rimanere in questo luogo, l'opzione è buona.

Ho scelto l'Hotel Cambean per ospitare la mia cerimonia di impegno e mi sono sentito piacevolmente sorpreso dalle disposizioni. Le camere erano pulite e pulite e la sala da banchetto era molto spaziosa (specialmente importante in questi tempi di Covid per la distanza sociale), tutte le strutture erano molto buone e tempestive. Il personale è stato molto cortese e ci ha aiutato con tutte le richieste di quest'ultimo minuto, e vorrei fare un'osservazione particolare sul direttore delle operazioni - l'onorevole Jagannath Dolui. Egli si è assicurato che la funzione funzionava in modo regolare e era sempre disponibile in persona/in vocazione per assicurare che tutte le nostre richieste/requisiti fossero assunte. We stayed over 2 weeks. The family had multiple rooms on the same floor. We got to know the floor plan, the routines, and the staff well. Visiting Bhilai next time, we would not stay anywhere else. One thing - although amenities and staff were exceptional, it never felt overwhelming. We could navigate through hotel spaces, meet visitors, and have spontaneous meeting in the spacious lobby without any hesitation. Staff was always there to help but always non-intrusive. It seems that even their attire/colors have been designed to be non-obtrusive - shades or blue rather than yellow/red. In terms of comfort, cleanliness, environmental control, use of technology in rooms, wi-fi bandwidth, room service, house keeping - it was all tops, 5 stars out or 5. And just for fun, while staying at Grand Dhillon we explored other top-notch properties in Bhilai (we were planning for a potential extended stay) - there are other good ones for sure, but Grand Dhillon is undoubtedly a notch above all. Food - breakfast was wonderful - buffet style - a combo of continental and Indian, plus on-demand omelets/dosas/paranthas. Certain days we had to hit the road early, so we asked staff if we could have breakfast early. They happily accommodated and even packed some for the road. Dinner was similarly great - with a choice of multiple cuisines. It all seemed to be made fresh and in nutritious manner. However, if you want to taste a more dhaba style preparation, you can simply cross the street and choices are abundant. I guess we stayed long enough that it started feeling like home. Staff was easily able to guess our questions. Would know if we forgot something in the lobby. Had a great conversation with manager Vishwanathan over a cup of tea he invited me to join. And in the dinning hall Nandini knew exactly the quantity we would eat. We were there to take care of some family emergency situation. When we left, the manager bid us farewll and wished to see again under happier circumstances. Going back will feel like going home!
