I visited Arya Lords Club and Resort in July 2022 first week i contact the Trusha mam. She is the receptionist their and she is very helpful and her nature is very co operative she guide me very well all the details and also try to give best Rates for as per my requirements so i give 5 ⭐ Rating for her individually. The property is too good i give 4⭐ Rating for Property Only but their food and services i give only rating 1⭐ i give this rating because of too much problem facing for food and services no enough staff in dinning , housekeeping , game zone etc... Also no any staff standing at Swimming Pool area for take care of any guest or kids. We complaining many times for food quality and staff but no one can solve our problems during our stay. Also in dinning area the plates, bowls and Spoons all are very dirty and they serve all food in those plates, bowls and Spoons. No one is standing in dine area for regular check up whc items are empty so we fill up again when some items are empty so when guest tell to them pls fill up the items also one time my wife tell to there person Jam is empty so wht u do here still jam was empty so he tell her it's a jam if coal also empty for sometimes so it's jam and then after till breakfast close jam not fill up. So this type of nonsense answer they give to guest so they don't have manner to how to talk with the guests. I think the swimming pool is Gujarat largest swimming pool there but as compared to Swimming Pool changing Room is very small and too dirty if u entered in changing room bad smelling comes and don't stand at least more than 1 to 2 minutes there.

"I ***** with 4 couple recently stayed at this club resort and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and good hospitality , accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable with our toddlers. Cottage room was clean and good, resort with all the amenities including mini theatre, game zone what we looking for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, food was good and with nice variety also for kids chef himself arrange special food requirement. I would highly recommend this resort club to anyone looking for a great place to stay!"
