Is very good room clean every nice good service

Spiting all stair case steps, and entrance area also. Lift was not working when I came back from outside and use steps to enter the room up to 9th floor . Didn’t give soap or soap liquid after my two times request. No hot water. Bed sheets are not properly washed .water not properly coming from shower, no restaurant….

better then expected service was good, cleanliness was good just a ground floor ambience is not good and lots of mosquitos in lift as hotel is only at three floor part of building is not good....over all experience good from hotel part.

Room was good.
Improvements required -
1. No dining available.
2. There was no extension phone available in room, no proper staff to attend issues.
3. Hand towels (Napkins) not provided.
4. No tissue paper in room and no toilet paper in toilet.
5. TV connection not available, staff not aware about how to solve this.
6. Found cockroach on bed.
7. Breakfast have no quality and is served in room as dining not available.
As per feedback by them, hotel is just renewed so there are some issues.

Excellent, the hotel was nee t and clean. House keeping was nice. Toilet and bath were cleaned well. The house keeping was done on every day. Bed sheets and towels were changed on every day. Food quality and staff services are prompt. Thanks

Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok, location was a bit inside from the road but easy excess and it was on 7th floor
