All he said we will sort it out. Nothing done to resolve my suffering for 3 days. He was suppose to call me after 30 minutes.... He never did! I inquired at the reception and yet he had simply sat in the back office and never came out to explain anything. Absolutely rubbish service and poor quality of services. My professional advisor will investigate the matter with international Hotels Group Authority.
