It was a good stay and the buffet at teapot was amazing. We loved the water activities too for our child. We had heard great reviews from friends and didn't regret our stay. However, our child had a bad fall and hurt her chin. We realised that the fake grass in front of mamma mi a restaurant was wet with hydroponics watered. It led to our daughter's fall. The staff and supervisors were very helpful though, in getting a cab arranged to the nearest hospital for a doctor's view, providing ice cubes for cold fomentation and ice cream for the child. Another area of improvement is their traditional food restaurant 'nakli dhaba. It is really ”nakli” in every manner. Around new year, they were featuring rajasthan thali and could provide nothing from it, except moon g dal khichadi (which rajasthani's don't really eat. Rest of the food was poor in taste and too slow a service.

L'hotel è situato in una posizione eccellente, parte di un centro commerciale, un magneto, ma ci sono alcune cose deludenti. Il servizio è povero. Il personale è eccellente e utile. Sono super cool. Ma sembra che Hyatt Raipur stia correndo con personale limitato. La struttura della camera non è di vacanza o di stato JW. Il servizio della camera richiede tempo per rispondere alle chiamate telefoniche. Anche se erano bravi a farmi colazione dopo l'ora di chiusura, il servizio richiede più tempo di quanto non fosse normale.

The hotel is good, rooms and bathroom are big but the carpet in the room are very dirty and needs to be replaced urgently. The staff is polite but room service is very slow

Il soggiorno era molto buono. Le camere sono ben ventilate. Mi hanno migliorato alla classe reale. La qualità dei cibi è anche molto buona. Hanno buone opzioni anche per il colazione. Molto importante per fornire accessori o utilità.
