Rooms were decent and food was good. Room service is poor. Charged rs. 120. 00 for two bottles of water which is now provided free of cost in glass bottles in other star hotels. Cleanliness requires some improvement

Free Wi-Fi worked well throughout the property. Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to give recommendations or assist with bookings. Property has no card payment option ans in this way i was not able to use food, laundry and spa services. As i was in business tour i spent my personal expenses for this trip. Now days every hotels are using card payment options but at reception they told that they have no card payment facility from last 4 months and their md is also not working for it. Trip was totally waste, recommended all traveller don't visit this hotel. This raipur hotel is not for 4 star hotel.
