Room are now updated i stayed earlier but now room quality is better than before. This time experience is good ambience is good and food quality is amazing I ordered veg biryani and i never feel that type of taste any where so I personally suggest to visit the grand neelam hotel.

Wonderful experience living here with friends... very nice and clean , courteous staff , Vinod, Neha,Manisha .. and room service. Food served was super, and the Chef deserves congratulations.. Extremely happy to be here ,wish to revisit and shall recommend everyone.. Come here for a grand time..

Food is horrible. Last night I ordered chicken tandoori and ice cream. Chicken was not fresh (old, kept at frozen condition for long time)- I understood after the first bite. Ice cream was having very cheap quality ingredients: may not be permitted colour and ingredients. I mentioned both to the person available at the food counter - however they ignored. As I was very hungry I had no other option than to eat the same food ( it was very late evening). Today I requested for breakfast at room ( early checkout). Sandwich quality was not good, I could not eat poha was so so. I ate only little poha, fruits and had tea. Room quality is not very good. I request the concerned person to take immediate action please.

Had an overall nice experience at Grand Neelam. The hotel is well-located, making it convenient for travel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The food was good, though a bit on the expensive side. There were some minor areas for improvement, but nothing that significantly impacted the stay. Would recommend it for a comfortable stay in Raipur!

Pathetic experience. Choked commode, washroom area seems unhygienic. We were doing check out in morning and no body was available at reception. We waited for almost 30 minutes but no one was there to proceed the check out formalities. Check km process is also very slow.

The hotel is very shady, rooms are so diff from the photos. It has two wings and takes good 300 myra walk to reach the other building. They should either have access of vehicle closer to this building or should just simply declare . No complimentary drinks were served, it’s better to not promise, i was better off without expecting the same
