The staff, room, and location faultless. The restaurant seems to be going through a transition with strange opening times. The appearance also looks like its permanently closed from the outside. The inside, we had an amazing breakfast was clean, professional and organised. The restaurant is huge but looks like only parts are used and the other parts mothballed. Come on premier in you have a gem here get your act together, or you will turn happy customers into finding alternative options. A great staff team, and nicely served food will soon result in a poor experience, less customers, and no business. Not rocket science happy customers, served by happy staff makes a profitable business. Happy suits. Get it sorted staff on the ground doing their bit, senior management to yours.
