Travelodge Medway M2

Travelodge Rainham the staff are fantastic you couldn't ask for better kind caring please to help highly recommend coming here it's clean tidy one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a long time so thank you very much to the management to all the staff they put theirselves out to make your state comfortable

The staff at the m2 Travelodge are amazing they are so helpful and go out of their way to help I’ve stayed at the m2 Travelodge many times and would not say at any other unless completely necessary It’s always clean and it seems to have a better atmosphere than others you’re always greeted with a genuine smile Thanks guys Mick

Great room for two adults and two children. Only spoilt by inconsiderate parking by other guests using more than the allocated space and we arrived late to a full car park

We recently stayed at this Travelodge as a family of 4 as we were going to an event. At first we were unsure as it is next to the service station, but so glad we booked. We couldn't have asked for more. We booked this hotel on line and I then called to request a cot and the lady could not have been more helpful, she suggested that ground floor would be better for us given that we had 2 children with us. She promised that the cot would be set up in our room ready for us on arrival.....and it was!! Everything was just as promised. We had a lovely room which was perfect for our needs. All the reception staff are lovely and could not have been more pleasant and they were all very friendly. Just a note to all thay if you have a cot to remember to take blankets for your little one and some padding for the base as this is not provided....we were aware of that and came prepared. The hotel has free parking you just need to give the reception team your number plate on arrival. All in all a lovely stay and we would not hesitate to book again if we need to stay in that area.

Staff very helpful nice quiet place very happy with room beds comfortable close to my family I stay here every weekend very satisfied with all the food places around me good parking so once again a big thank you to all the staff at M2 Travelodge

Stayed here a few times and always found the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and tidy and the beds are always comfy. The hotel is set back far enough from the A2 so noise isn't an issue. Rainham not far with access to supermarkets and takeaways.
