Le camere sono molto confortevoli e ben attrezzate, le strutture lavanderie sono anche molto buone e ben attrezzate. Amazing Stay and Exceptional Service at Novotel Khopoli We had a wonderful weekend stay at Novotel Khopoli. From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the customer service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. A special shout-out to Surojit at The Square restaurant for his outstanding service—he truly made our dining experience memorable. One incident, in particular, stood out for us and is something we will never forget. After checking out of the hotel, we realized an hour later that I had forgotten my handbag in the lobby washroom. We immediately contacted the hotel, and Shadbad was quick to respond. He confirmed that they had found the bag and assured us it would be couriered to our residence. Pooja from the housekeeping team went out of her way to arrange the courier quickly. What impressed us most was the hotel's transparency—they proactively informed us about the cash inside the bag and even offered to transfer it to our bank account to ensure the courier could be sent safely without any risk. This level of professionalism and coordination by the entire Novotel team was truly remarkable. We are deeply grateful for their support and exceptional service. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable and ensured our belongings were returned safely. We highly recommend Novotel Khopoli for anyone looking for an extraordinary hospitality experience.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno a Radisson Blu Karjat. È una bella proprietà vicino alla natura. Abbiamo preso il compleanno di mia moglie e l'equipaggio a Radisson si è assicurato di rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo e speciale. Hanno decorato la nostra stanza e ci hanno dato un biscotto complimentare. Sono molto utili e gentili. Il personale del ristorante Palms, specialmente Mahima ci ha aiutato molto bene. Si consiglia questa proprietà a tutti.

UUtente ospiteProperty was well maintained and food order at room was also nice. Due to weekend amusement park was extremely crowded. Breakfast was not at par. Local auto rikshaw drivers also doesn't allow ola/ uber to come inside. They make lot of fuss. Staff was playing polite

Le attività che hanno per i giorni e i fine settimana sono meravigliose, e per quanto riguarda i prodotti alimentari, sono deliziose, e ci sono molti sforzi per garantire che tutte le tradizioni siano rispettate. Un ambiente bellissimo è solo un luogo perfetto per la famiglia. Sono ansioso di visitare di nuovo. Bello DJ con casa e molti giochi per bambini e adulti. Amo Matheran a causa del Horseland Resort. Ringrazio in particolare Praveen, Mahesh, Omkar e tutti i membri del personale di Horseland.

Owner vedanta was very prompt and polite in response. We had booked the hotel for some other dates but we couldn't make it then. Vedanta adjusted the dates as per our convenience. Had a great time with family. Would love to visit again.

There was no hot water at the given time and the bedsheet has a long hair stuck to it which makes me think bedsheets were not changed. We had to use or own sheets we carried *****. Intercom didn't work either
