The experience staying in hotel was nice and wonderful.. The hospitality was very warming and helpful especially the mangaler and front desk was very helpful whenever we called, swimming pool was neat and clean, Sea Food was tasty nice Room neat and clean but need little bit improvement overall experience was good.

The resort is a good property especially for family with kids. Good location, good vibes. The only thing that can be improved is the ambience and the service. The staff is polite, serves you well. Need improvements with basic services like providing complimentary water bottle for the day without asking. But a place worth recommending for a good stay and family getaway!

Reaching zostel kolad is fairly easy its a 3 hour journey from either mumbai or pune (drive from pune is really scenic. Zostel is located on the banks of kundalika river. We need to cross the river to reach zostel and zostel provides a ferry service for this, which also a unique experience. It is a beautiful property with clean rooms, outdoor sports (badminton, volleyball & cricket, indoor activities (table tennis, carrom and etc) and amazing restaurant. Zostel kolad particularly lights up after 7pm. There are multiple activities organized by zostel every night involving dance, music, drinks and lot of food. Truly, it was an amazing experience making me want to extend my stay (unfortunately they were fully booked. Ps: book your stay a month early. They sell out very quickly particularly on weekends.

Property was good, best for family with kids. Location is very good. Property has all its amenities functional only thing they need to work on is food. Breakfast option is very limited and they need to work on the quality as well.

UUtente ospiteRadha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India.
For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information:
- The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking.
- It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk.
- It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter.
- Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2.
- Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

UUtente ospiteThis is a historically important location in Matheran. Ratheesh and his business partner were so welcoming and helpful and the accommodation is so full of character. For a truly “green” and unique stay in a totally unique location, the Verandah in the Forest is absolutely a must. This is undoubtedly the place to stay in Matheran if you can get a room - would suggest booking early so as not to miss the chance to stay here - and is so much more than a hotel.
Food was superb and because of the size and layout, never seemed busy. Quiet and relaxing stay.
As there’s no phone signal in Matheran Hill Station I’d suggest contacting Ratheesh before making the ascent to the hill station for location instructions. There is wi-fi at the Verandah in the Forest.

Il nostro soggiorno era bello, lo abbiamo persino esteso per due notti senza alcun problema. Il personale dell'hotel era sempre pronto a aiutarci con qualsiasi inchiesta.La camera era grande e con tutte le cose necessarie.

La piscina è troppo vicina all'ingresso e il helpdesk per poter sentirsi un po' inquietante se non si è abituati a esso. Il servizio è buono. Buona esperienza generale.

La proprietà è in un luogo tranquillo, offrendo una fuga pacifica dalla rabbia e dalla bustina. Le camere sono spaziali, ben mantenute e dotate di tutte le attrezzature necessarie, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale è amichevole e attento, sempre pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. Se cerchi una catena rilassante con un toccante di spiaggia, Nilaya Nest Away è sicuramente una scelta fantastica!

UUtente ospite”during my recent stay at hotel mari aai, i had a fairly good experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room interior is not so good. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay. In summary, hotel mari aai provided a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement in terms of amenities, interior design and noise isolation. I would consider staying here again, depending on my needs for future trips”
