Extremely Disappointed – Worst Experience at Tranquil Resort, Harihareshwar I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at Tranquil Resort in Harihareshwar, and I feel compelled to warn other travelers. The conduct of the staff, especially a person at the reception named Savio Thomas, was shockingly unprofessional and rude. His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and completely lacked the basic courtesy one would expect at a hospitality establishment. Instead of being helpful or welcoming, he was confrontational, disrespectful, and treated our genuine concerns with complete indifference. We chose this resort expecting peace and good service, but what we got was mismanagement, lack of cleanliness, and a complete absence of customer service ethics. If the management allows such behavior from front desk staff like Savio Thomas, it says a lot about how little they care about their guests' experiences. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless the management takes serious steps to fix their service standards and hold such employees accountable. Your vacation deserves better than this.

Very nice and peaceful place. Food was great and very good hospitality. The presidential chalet were very good with own garden in front and back.

Was good property to stay will refer to my friends and family just parking issues where there as it’s open parking and monkeys play on the car and make car full of dirt and muddy food was great
