Da quando sono andato a casa 2 Suites da Hilton mi è stato piacere. I due gentiluomini al check-in erano molto benvenuti e informativi. Hanno spiegato tutto sull'hotel e hanno offerto informazioni sui posti per mangiare vicino a noi. La nostra stanza era pronta per noi e molto pulita. La colazione aveva una varietà di scelte e tutto era piacevole con tutte le aree molto pulite. L'uscita era veloce e pulita e mi è stato chiesto come fosse il mio soggiorno e se ci fossero problemi. Non c'era niente di negativo per me. Il nostro soggiorno era grande! Sono un viaggiatore frequente e tornerò certamente a questa Casa e Suite Hilton se nella zona!

We went for a staycation at Watt Hotel Rahway, NJ earlier this year, mostly for a night to celebrate a wedding anniversary. We stayed in 1 BR Tesla suite. We had to write an email to the manager at 1am in the morning due to extremely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate & unacceptable behavior by a front desk night duty person. We have travelled around the world and NEVER had such a bad experience at any of the Hilton hotels. So, here is what happened: When our kid went for shower, the water started to leak directly from the shower to the living area through the walls. The living area started to get filled with water consequently flooding the area. We instantly called the front desk & spoke to the night duty person, who came to check the flooding & confirmed the extent of disaster. We requested to make an alternate arrangement to which she responded almost after 20 mins. While we were waiting & exhausted it didn't make sense for us to move in the middle of night after packing all the stuff, so we requested to go along & make sure that the other room can accommodate our needs especially our child’s sleeping arrangements. She came to our room on the 4th floor only to inform us that she was NOT going to do that. She kept echoing the same thing with NO considerations, extremely rude, unfriendly & unprofessional manner. She would not listen to our concerns and didn’t know how to interact with the hotel guests. She walked out on us after saying most astonishing statements like people have been in worst situations like falling the ceiling. She gave us no choice but to stay in this room which can lead to other hazards (like electrical) due to this leak. She did not have the common courtesy to bring extra towels after the flooding/leak especially when she herself saw and witnessed the same. Further she told us that she would reach out to manager & get back but nothing! Somehow, we got thru the night. She raised her voice in front my child and wife and that’s completely unacceptable behavior with the customer especially given the situation we were in. My child was scared & couldn’t even sleep peacefully. We spoke to the manager (Mr. Raj) next morning who assured would resolve & get back to us. We never heard back from him & reached out to him recently again but there is NO RESPONSE at all.

Avevo un bel tempo. Il personale era amichevole, utile e piacevole. Ho consigliato questo hotel per tanto tempo tranquillo, riunioni, ecc. Il colazione era molto delizioso, e le scelte erano anche grandi. Era molto facile arrivare. Non ho avuto alcun problema di trovare il posto. Poi ho parcheggiato vicino alla porta, hanno venduto molte macchine.

Il personale della reception è molto amichevole

le finestre non possono aprirsi, l'odore non può accettare, è pulito, l'acqua calda è nell'isola, non è facile

L'hotel era conveniente per una grande autostrada, shopping e cibo. La stanza era ben decorata con una sedia confortevole per rilassarsi. La sala era calda, scarsamente luminosa e il telaio sembrava sporco. C'era una borsa di bagaglio lasciata alla macchina del ghiaccio per più di 12 ore, la macchina del soda non funzionava, la stanza era congelata e non riuscivo a regolare il termostat a una temperatura confortevole. La foto sulla TV era terribile e c'erano un numero minimo di canali da scegliere. Un cuoco per ordinare colazione è stato incluso con la stanza, ma è stato davvero un buffet con cibo di scarsa qualità.
