Struttura bella e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato in una suite a piano terra con affaccio su un cortile comune, passaggio obbligatorio per uscire dalla struttura. Carina ma con delle criticità: la porta di accesso non si chiude bene e le finestre sono coperte con una tenda spessa che, comunque, in controluce penalizza la privacy. Non c'è condizionatore. Il letto è posto su un soppalco piccolissimo che consente a malapena il passaggio attorno al letto, non c'è spazio nemmeno per dei comodini, infatti ci sono solo 2 minuscole mensolette. La ringhiera della scaletta e del soppalco è bassa, arriva circa a metà gamba, se la notte vi dovesse servire il bagno,posto giù, potrebbe essere pericoloso. Colazione buona. La signora della struttura molto gentile. Insomma, bene ma non benissimo.

Aperta oltre 100 anni fa e sembra un po 'diffondita, ma il personale è amichevole e accogliente. La nostra camera è anche un po 'diffondita ma anche mobili locali, un letto molto grande e confortevole, più un'area molto piacevole seduto con balcone. A differenza di molti hotel, ci sono stati molti posti in camera da letto e in bagno per mettere le cose in ordine. Il colazione era marocchino: succo d'arancia, olive, yogurt, pancake di patate, pasticceria e banane.La posizione tra la casbar e la medina era molto soddisfacente e si poteva facilmente prendere piccoli taxi dall'esterno dell'hotel.

Ho passato una settimana nella residenza. L'appartamento si trovava al quarto piano, con balcone, iper pulito e confortevole! Il personale ha un vero senso del servizio clienti, sono accoglienti, sorridenti, efficaci, niente da ridire !! La donna di famiglia passa ogni giorno, basta chiedere all'accoglienza. La cucina è funzionale, ci è anche una lavatrice, un mini forno. È super ben situato, si trova a 7mn a piedi dal Centro Ariba. Super soggiorno, non esitarei a tornare !!

In assoluto uno dei migliori hotel presso i quali ho soggiornato. La posizione è un po' decentrata rispetto al centro città ma facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e l'ampio parcheggio gratuito permette di lasciare l'auto e muoversi poi in taxi a poco prezzo. Si può constatare la gentilezza e cortesia del personale sin dal primo istante, si occuperanno di voi in maniera splendida. In qualità di soci gold siamo stati surclassati in camera junior suite posta al 7 piano, dotata di ampio salotto, bellissima cabina armadio, camera e doppi servizi. La qualità del sonno è stata eccezionale, letto king size dotato di materasso, cuscini e topper in piuma. La pulizia è immacolata sia in camera che nelle parti comuni. Abbiamo cenato due sere al ristorante internazionale Golden Fish, la prima sera a base di pesce, la seconda carne ed entrambe le volte il cibo è stato di ottima qualità. Ottima anche la colazione. Un particolare ringraziamento va alla sig.a presente al desk guest relations che ci ha aiutati a risolvere un piccolo problema relativo alla carta di credito. Spero veramente di tornare presto in questo angolo di paradiso.

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

Excellent little riad just outside the Medina (under 5 minutes to the Bab Loulou gate). Extremely friendly, excellent service (Meriem arranged our airport pickup), delicious breakfast, very clean, beautifully decorated. Like most places in Morocco, not heated in winter so the room was a bit chilly, but the bedding was warm and comfortable. (One of the two rooms in our suite had a heater, but not the other one; and the heater was high up in a room with a high ceiling - more designed to be an A/C for the summer.) We had the 2-bedroom family suite, Al Mansour. The main room was a bit dark, with windows only looking out to the central courtyard, which seemed to be common in the other riads we saw as well. The second bedroom had a nice outdoor window. The bathroom was huge and beautiful, with a walk-in shower and a double jacuzzi tub. Lovely rooftop terrace. (Not much view, since it was about the same height as the other buildings nearby.) Tiling was gorgeous throughout the riad. Very reasonable prices. Neighborhood was quiet but felt safe.

Very easy to find just inside the Medina. The highlight of this riad is the house manager and her staff. They could not do enough to explain everything, from the local area, restaurants and transport. Exceptional and made our stay very pleasant. The riad is very pleasant with all the rooms facing into the courtyard (no outside windows), so you need to leave the door and shutters open for air circulation. There is a/c for use during the night. The rooms are a good size and there was plenty of hot water. Breakfast was adequate. WiFi in the room was not great and kept cutting out, so you had to use the public areas for a signal. It's position is perfect with easy acces to theMedina, Kasbah and the tram system just outside the walls. You can have your laundry washed for a small charge. When leaving they even walked us to get a local taxi to the train station. Once again many thanks to the house manager and her team. Although very traditional and rustic, there are areas that need improvement and renovation such as the bathroom. The roof terrace was not very appealing...

This is the most beautiful and well designed hotel I have ever stayed in - and I have stayed in several 5 star properties all over the world There is so much fine craftmanship here - you are immersed in all that is the best about Morocco The service is so friendly and efficient - the decor is a work of Art and really highlights the many great craftsmen of the city Beds are really comfortable, turn down service perfect and you really feel as if you are staying as a privileged guest of the Pasha I would also like to thank Fati - with whom I booked a massage in my gorgeous room This was a fabulous massage executed with great care and consideration All in all a wonderful place to stay - right in the heart of the Medina - but in a supremely tranquil location I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

On nous envoy un message sur Watsap pour dire à quelle heure on sera, je y répond, mais au moment où je ’arrive sur place personne a la réception, obliger d’appeler pour que l’on m’envoie quelqu’un, Questo signore ci dice scusa, devo fare presto perché non sono tenuto...egli ci mostra la stanza in 2 secondi e ci dice che deve andare. Ho chiesto un letto bambino, ma questo era rotto, scusante per un istituto di meno di 6 mesi. Io ero in un appartamento di 3 camere, 2 letto matrimoniale e 2 letto semplice, sulla prenotazione ci dice che l’appartamento ha una capacità di 8 persone... non vedo come fare! La finitura dell’appartamento è media per 2000dh la notte. La vicinanza al centro commerciale (3 min in auto) è apprezzabile. Le sous-sol est appréciable pour y mettre son véhicule mais doit que quelqu'un fa quelque chose pour organiser les véhicules car le dernier jour j'ai mis 1 heure pour sortir parce que il a fallu que je me frappe à tous les appartements pour que la Chiunque blocchi il passaggio con il suo veicolo lo sposta per farmi uscire perché il personale non voleva colpire le porte per non disturbare le persone... paradosso o stronzate di bocca...

Dato che sono arrivato a tarda notte, nella cucina dell'hotel ci sono dei panini che possono essere ordinati e consegnati direttamente in camera, il che è conveniente. Anche il cameriere alla porta è molto entusiasta di aiutare con i bagagli e aiuta a guidare il parcheggio, che riflette lo standard della capitale, lode👍

UUtente ospiteHotel molto ben situato con una latteria molto pulita e confortevole. È la seconda volta che scenderemo in questo piccolo hotel e siamo molto soddisfatti. Mangiare molto copievole e vario. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel! Ringrazio tutti i membri del personale dell’istituto e spero di ritornarvi molto presto.

Также в номере есть холодильник. Завтраки вкусные: овсяная каша, клубничный конфитюр, блинчики и оладья, ветчина и сыр, помидоры и огурцы, сок, круасаны, кофе из кофемашины. В отеле тихо, окна моего номера выходили в тихий двор.
