Spacious room,stylish. Personnel is nice and devoted, overall the service is good. A few things to improve (like missing toilette paper in the bathroom - which the staff fixed quickly). Rimasto per una notte come parte di un gruppo di tour . Quando arrivate c'è un'area vibrante con decorazione verde / tea di lime . Sembra bellissimo. C'era una bella vista dalla nostra stanza, ma non abbiamo pianificato di passare molto tempo in esso . Purtroppo era giù dalla collina. I letti dovevano essere i più duri che abbiamo mai dormito su. Non c'era nessun letto di riserva che potresti usare per dormire. Ho chiesto un passo in doccia ma avevo una camera con doccia sopra il bagno, forse non hanno camere con solo docce. Non c'era nessun cassaforte nella stanza . Non ci è stato detto al Reception che avremmo dovuto registrare la nostra carta di credito / debito se volessimo pagare qualcosa alla nostra stanza .Questo ha portato ad un scambio riscaldato con un membro del personale del bar , che mi ha detto che il bar solo accettato contanti . Qui è necessario un certo allenamento di servizio clienti. Dinner & Breakfast sono stati inclusi. Il cibo non era meraviglioso, le tavole non erano state pulite tra i corsi. Il cibo non era riempito quando i piatti erano quasi vuoti. Rabat sembra una bella città e ci devono essere hotel molto meglio di questo .

Lo consiglio molto perché tutti i membri del personale sono amici e utili. La stanza era pulita e ha una buona vista su un giardino enorme. Colazione di base ma deliziosa. L'hotel è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al vecchio mercato.

It would of been a much better review except for the staff, the receptionist told us upon check in that our room would be ready in a few minutes, 40 minutes later I had to approach them, than all of a sudden our room was ready, the staff that work here are not friendly at all, especially in the breakfast room they were very rude and abrupt, one staff member was so upset that we did not use a tray, we didn't see them, but he over reacted, location was horrible we were far from everything, could not figure out the transportation, taxis are not very honest, so if you want to walk everywhere not a good choice, now for the good, there is a bar on site, rooms were very nice and clean, lobby area was very nice and bright, the bartender was very friendly, close to the train station if you are taking trains, we only stayed for 2 nights, staff need to improve their people skills, your in hospitality and need a good personality

il faut pousser la curiosité dans la médina pour aller surprendre au coin d'une ruelle ce petit riad Dar Zen ; une fois entré vous ne serez pas déçu bien au contraire par l'accueil plus que chaleureux de Tarik et de Fatiah ou la gentillesse incarnée . l'aménagement sobre et moderne oriental des chambres vous invite au voyage .le goût y est extrême . nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer la propriétaire , une personnalité haute en couleurs , bref un riad qui fait aimer le Maroc

My husband and I stayed here for five nights. Beautiful quiet recently refurbished Riad in the medina located a 3 minute walk to Avenue Loulou where you can get a taxi. A 5 minute walk to the Kasbah and marina.What distinguishes this Riad is the kind warm thoughtful friendly host team, Aliza and her husband Aziz. They genuinely care about your comfort and interests. Our room on the third floor was spacious, comfy bed, a couch and two chairs, tv with many channels including English ones, excellent consistent wifi, excellent heat pump great on those days it was 10-12 degrees Celsius. Lovely rood top terrace outside our door.Very good full Moroccan breakfast served in the courtyard or lounge depending on weather. Highly recommend and will return. Aziza came with us to buy a SIM card and when we were leaving asked her husband to reinstall our original one. Very thoughtful of her.
