Qwa-Qwa: hotel con bar

L'hotel è buono e la piattaforma di viaggio è molto cattiva. Siamo arrivati all'hotel con piacere. La reception ha le nostre informazioni di prenotazione, ma nega che siamo stati pagati in anticipo. Ho mostrato la mia prenotazione, che mostra chiaramente che l'intero prenotazione è stata pagata in anticipo e include la colazione, ma il computer dell'hotel mostra che non c'è pagamento.Non c'è modo di fare un altro pagamento per il soggiorno. Poi contatta la piattaforma di viaggio e si dice che il viaggio è stato prenotato attraverso i cosiddetti partner di terzi. Hanno contattato anche i partner locali e alla fine la reception ha confermato che abbiamo ricevuto due spese. Il servizio clienti di viaggio ha chiamato di nuovo, dicendo che la ricezione dell'hotel non ha visto l'ordine, e non sono del tutto d'accordo con questa spiegazione.Vedo chiaramente che il computer dell'hotel mostra che siamo stati prenotati senza pagamento.Dovrebbe essere causato da partner locali di viaggio senza responsabilità. Inoltre, l'hotel non ha un ristorante, non offre colazione. Ogni ospite che soggiorna può ottenere un 20% sconto di buoni per comprare il ristorante veloce vicino al servizio della stazione di benzina, e il ristorante è molto economico.E abbiamo prenotato un ristorante con colazione per quasi 200 HK. (Il mio biglietto d'argento mostra che il prezzo unico della stanza è 1178ZAR, mentre il prezzo che effettivamente pago per il cosiddetto colazione contenente HK$627).

The photos don’t do it enough justice, the most scenic place ever(this is not an understatement). The view of the amphitheater from your room is exquisite and the sunsets are just breath taking. There are so many hikes encircling the area and it just adds to the view. The rooms were exceptionally clean and cozy and were equipped with electric blankets, heaters and loads of blankets. The bathroom was rather large providing comfort, the shower had hot water 24/7 and had more than enough storage for your toiletries. The restaurant consisted of a bar, an eating area as well as a lounging area perfect to watch sports. The bar had a seating area as well as darts, and I saved the best for last, the restaurant, it had many food options(including food for vegans and vegetarians). For breakfast there was a buffet on the weekends and in the week is breakfast on the menu. Overall food is good and customer service is good

We had a 3 night stay and it was our very 1st time at Kiara and it really did not disappoint. Resort is situated in a beautiful setting that one can feel truly relaxed and even though we went during peak season, it did not feel over crowded (even the pool). Overall we were very happy with our stay, we had booked a 6 sleeper self catering chalet and one non self catering unit for our group and both units were comfortable and spacious and clean. The self catering unit was equipped well, although the fridge just did not seem cold enough even though it was on the coldest setting. Beds and sleeper coaches were all very comfortable. The kids loved the facilities and games room. Overall the resort is clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and super helpful. We did have 1 dinner at Maluti Melts Restaurant (we did find the food average - not spectacular. We were disappointed with the cheese fondue as we expected a proper swiss fondue where you have a real taste of cheese and cheese strings stretching after you dipped your food but it really was just a cheese sauce. Resort is close to the Golden Gate reserve and to Clarens so it makes it an ideal spot to be close enough to everything. My only suggestion is for resort management to please check the balcony wooden fencing on a regular basis as we found some of the vertical wood was loose and could easily be pulled off with not much force (we did phone maintenance to come fix this), this is dangerous as we had young toddlers with us and we had one of the upper units so had we not tested it (and it was really by chance as well that we decided to check), the toddler could easily pull it off and fit through and fall.
