En pieno centro di Quito. Hotel Storico raffinato elegante. Personale super delizioso. La suite es un paradiso. Consiglio provare assolutamente. Ubicato a 100 metri dalla Piazza principale. L’hotel mantiene il suo arredamento in maniera perfetta, oltre ad essere tutto originale.

The restaurant offers an amazing panoramic view of Quito. Wonderful selection of authentic foods. Great drinks selection. A must-stop location if you are in the downtown area. We were there for sunset and it was breathtaking. Great location for couples or family.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect centralized location. It is right in the center of Quito close to the presidential palace, restaurants, shopping and churches. The staff is friendly and the courtyards are stunning. We were pleased with our room and tasty breakfasts!

We loved this hotel. Service is over the top. The hotel is gorgeous. The restaurant was great. The hotel is in the perfect location in the historic center. Most of our interactions were with Roger, super helpful! And Angel in the restaurant. Angel always remembered how we liked our coffee and what we wanted for breakfast. He even called the day before we checked out to remind us of when the restaurant would be open the next morning. He is amazing. I also have to give a shout out to the bell hops. We were on the fourth floor(no elevator) they were awesome and soooo fast. Our luggage was not light!. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place had so much charm. The service and rooms were first class. The location was steps from all historic sites.

First the pros: hotel is in a good location for exploring historic Quito. During daylight hours, you can just walk around the “old town” from the hotel. The hotel is also very clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There’s always an hello and can I help you. Cons: this part of the city seems to close at night and we were warned not to walk the neighborhood at night. There are no windows in the room facing the outside. The windows face the interior of the hotel. The room can get stuffy. The “decor” is pretty dated. The breakfast buffet, while good, wasn’t replenished during the morning. That was disappointing if we arrived after others.

Charming hotel with great staff. Large comfortable rooms. Good breakfast which was included. We had some special requests regarding storing our bags for a few days and having laundry done - no problem. Be sure to read up on the history of the hotel.

Such a beautiful, historic hotel with great staffs. The breakfast was a delight but it would have been nice if the additional options were properly explained in advance (no one explained to us that we can request freshly cooked eggs/omelet, we already knew it from the reviews but it still would've been nice if someone told the guests.)
We were very happy with our room with the gorgeous city view, but the shower area could have worked a bit better. The glass partition is not big enough and no matter how careful you are, it will get almost the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery.

Outstanding service in a beautifully old building. Room was quiet, bathrooms are updated. Breakfast was plentiful and rvaried, including eggs to order. The location of the hotel makes exploring Old Quito easy, just a short walk to Plaza Mayor, with lots of shops and restaurants.
