Very nice spacious apartment, bright with a beautiful sea view, even if it is not on the seafront. The balcony - terrace on the south-facing garden is ideal for lunch or dinner. I recommend !

The location of the apartment is very good - especially the view of the Atlantic is convincing. The apartment has an investment backlog: the dishwasher was defective - this was reported to the on-site office and help was promised, which did not come. Mold

It is a beautiful apartment, it is undeniable. But, in use, regular maintenance of the equipment is lacking and this should not be in a rental at this price. Some lights do not work, Oven unusable because the door is deteriorated, dishwasher button damage
