Absolutely loved my stay here. The quality of the room and cleanliness was well worth the price. We were on the 38th floor so the view of the sea and the beach was spectacular. Didn't try the buffet but from all reports it was scrumptious. Happy to recommend this jewel of a hotel.

Molto bello hotel. La stanza era enorme, con una vista chic, con tutte le strutture. Il personale parla male inglese, ma siamo riusciti a capirci l'uno con l'altro e mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il mio problema. La piscina non è molto conveniente per la luce vicino. È al 16° piano, sopra il 2° piano, quindi non c'è sole vicino alla piscina.

Sono stati a Altara per cinque giorni. Il personale è stato fantastico, facile da andare e di servizio. Ci hanno aiutato con viaggi, trovando ristoranti locali, e sono andati oltre ciò che si può aspettare servizio saggio. Grandi propini a Hana e Tuan che dove al divano frontale, ci hanno anche aiutato con ”giochi” per nostra figlia sulla spiaggia, e stavano babysitter nostra figlia a notte, così i genitori potevano rilassarsi con un massaggio. Grazie tante! Guardando in attesa di tornare al tuo hotel!

Staff at check in didn't speak any English, but understood enough of it , as when informing them that the price that they where offering was more expensive rate that online on a main booking engine, they rushed to close that rate . As I was tired travelling I booked another one type of room still available online. At check out English speaking staff was available and the breakfast was nice. Muong Thanh always offer a reasonible product with descent hygiene and service so the rest was OK.

Chúng tôi đã ở tại đây và ăn những món ăn tuyệt vời. Không gian thoải mái, rất mát, cảm giác refresh ngay khi bước vào không gian của khách sạn. View biển và đại dương giúp nhiệt độ luôn dễ chịu.

The view from our room was spectacular! The breakfast buffet was good but many items were not kept warm enough. Unfortunately we woke up every morning at 5:30 AM to very loud music coming from a group of people exercising at the beach! It would have been perfect if they didn't broadcast to the entire area! It's not the Hotel's fault. The pool was nice but the ground could be kept cleaner from the litter. Overall a pleasant experience :)
