One of the best nights away I have ever had the bed was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home with me🩷 so clean.fridge was filled with beers Prosecco and coco cola. It was a nice break for me and my partner to just relax in the jacuzzi/hot tub! Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic. Stayed a lot of places over the years by far the best and most relaxing stay ever. Room was spotlessly clean and the design/layout perfect! Already booked again for september

Can’t fault the decor - it’s beautiful. But don’t use the jacuzzi if you want a good nights sleep. You can’t drain it and the gurgling and bubbles it makes is loud all night long. Not idea if you are a light sleeper… So for all the jazz in the world I can only give this place a 2 star as a good nights sleep is paramount to a good review. Shame really as they are aware of the problem as other guests have mentioned previously.

We stayed in Suite 2and we absolutely loved it. The jacuzzi bath was out of this world. The communication was amazing from start to finish and they checked in near enough daily to ask if we required housekeeping and refreshments. The Suite was very quiet and considering you are close to the city centre, once your in the Suite/courtyard you can't hear anything, amazing. We were actually quite sad to be leaving but once we cover childcare we'll be booking again for next year and we cannot wait. Thankyou again Secret Suites, the best 4nights ❤️

Was fantastic stay very beautiful rooms so clean and so inviting had the best night with my wife will definitely be visiting again amazing all round place worth every penny for stay wish would of booked more then one night would definitely recommend this one

Great place to stay, Everything you needed was provided and more….. complementary drinks was a lovely touch. the room was fabulous !! Tucked away nicely in the heart of Lancaster, if you didn’t want to stay in, there’s loads of restaurants and bars within minutes walk. We had a great experience here and would definitely go again!!

I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!

I was offered an unexpected free upgrade to SecretSuites. It changed my stay from a purely business trip to a much more enjoyable experience with spa. It is a perfect calm location in the heart of Lancaster, very convenient to go out for a diner and to commute. The welcome prosecco and a jacuzzi were very much appreciated! The suites were very tidy, everything felt brand new, the decor interesting, the sheets and towels crispy immaculate white. I would say it is a perfect extra-ordinary place for two. But I definitively enjoyed to have it just to myself too.

Lovely stay couldn’t have been any better from the communication and instructions sent to the room itself, thank you guys! The area was also a nice quiet place. Complimentary Prosecco, comfy bed & parking was walking distance and nice cafe by the stay
