Ci ospitavamo durante il fine settimana, di solito uno cercava un posto per riposare da un giorno di attività, quando arrivava tutto bene, fino alla notte che volevamo dormire, ci trovavamo con un letto molto duro, Sensazione di dormire su un letto di cemento, quel grado di durezza. Beautiful lobby and restaurant but a little dated on the room. When you walk into this hotel, the lobby is extremely beautiful and the check in staff was very efficient and courteous. We had the king executive with breakfast and the room was as shown. It is a little dated and the chair in our room was slightly broken and leaned to the left when you sat in it. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was effective. There are enough outlets in the room to accommodate most of todays electronics. Breakfast was of the buffet style with plenty of fruit, pastries and cereals. There is also an egg station that made a very good omelet. Overall it was a good stay and the fact that they also had valet service for the car was an added benefit.

The approach to the hotel is nice. The bell boy was available to pick up my luggage. As I checked in with the 2 young women at the front desk, I asked if I could make a shuttle reservation for my early flight the next morning out of QRO airport. The receptionists, both of them , told me that the hotel did not have a shuttle, but that they could make a taxi reservation. I specifically stayed at the Domun Hotel because it shows on its web site that it has a shuttle. The receptionist told me that she could book me a taxi for 1500 pesos. Yes, I correctly typed the amount she quoted me. When I told her that I would then make my own transportation booking via Uber, she then quoted me 1000 pesos. By then, the bell boy came and realized what was going on, and told me in English that the hotel has a shuttle available for its guests. I made a reservation with him for a 4am pick up. I then paid the receptionist, after requesting to show me exactly the amount she was charging my credit card, 500 pesos. She was actually expecting me to sign the charge without showing me the amount. Something is seriously wrong here. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was right on time. With no traffic, it was a 20+ drive to the airport. I probably would not stay there again. The checking in was unpleasant and felt dishonest.

El Check-inn y check-out rápido y sencillo . El estacionamiento seguro y la habitación confortable , fuimos tres días a visitar a unos amigos. Lo mejor fue el personal súper amable y atento en todo momento , solo solicité una plancha por que todo lo que necesitaba estuvo en la habitación. La ubicación me parece adecuada , la única observación es que están arreglando y construyendo la avenida que está enfrente y es muy larga , no afectó nunca mi ruta ni mis tiempos pero había mucho polvo , obviamente son factores externos al hotel pero consideren esto . . Por mi parte me Volvería a hospedar sin duda para Mi siguiente viaje a Querétaro .

This hotel is amazing. It's clean, relatively affordable, great location, and what separates it from the others is the incredible service. I stayed there for a full month and got to know some of the staff at the front desk. They were always SO happy to help, so warm, and so accommodating. They made me feel like I was living there and a part of a little community with how great their service was. Little things like ensuring I had coffee, scheduling my room cleaning, and just saying hello. A special shout out to Monse, Pamela, Paula, Fany, and Liz the cleaning lady.. Thank you for making my stay great! Speaking of cleaning, my room was always kept spotless by hotel staff. Clean sheets, clean carpets, clean bathrooms. I didn't find anything to complain about, and I am picky!!!! Otherwise they have a good TV service, lots of channels, AIR CONDITIONING!, nice lounge area, gym, free laundry, free potable water, and even in room massage. In the courtyard there's a Starbucks, OXXO, and Domino's pizza right out the front door so you never need to leave if you don't want to. Very safe neighbourhood and lots to see and do in the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding it. I'm sad I had to checkout, but I'm grateful for the stay and how comfortable, safe, and valued I felt. Thank you Stadía Suites... I hope to come back someday!!!
