We stayed at The Hotel Patio Santiago for almost a week, and we very much enjoyed the experience! It was easy to check into, had a modern room (with a great shower) which was cleaned DAILY, a great breakfast included and helpful staff throughout! The only thing I can think of to improve the rooms is... Maybe a mini fridge? But that was not a huge deal to us!

Everything good, good breakfast included, very clean, very new, but if somebody is noisy in the hallway to the rooms you can hear everything.

Beautiful hotel. The decor is very intentional and they did an amazing job. The reception desk employees, bar, and restaurant employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Several spoke excellent English. The front desk helped us schedule a tour when we got in too early to check in to our room. The nice thing about this hotel is that it is super close to the squares but still a block away so it is quiet at all times.Our room was modern, had clean sheets, and bathroom. No issues with hot water. I'd stay again.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My only issue with the hotel is noise travels very easily. When people walk down the hall, talk, open/close doors, etc. the noise echos and you can hear everything.

The hotel was great! Good service, great location and the breakfast was delicious! Recommended if you want to stay and enjoy Queretaro’s downtown

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds and large, new, clean and well designed bathroom. Really nice common areas around the property. Good breakfast and coffee. Walkable all around the Centro Historico and near great restaurants

The bathroom is every bit as luxurious as any I have stayed in USA, no tub, but spacious well lit, nice layout. Best drainage I have had in the month I have been traveling Mexico

Poor customer service. We prepaid our stay but we needed to leave because of a family emergency. Even though we notified the management of this after our first night, they would not refund ANY of our 6 nights. Also be aware that they allow dogs to stay. Only after we complained multiple times that the does barking next door kept us up all night they moved us to another room but they didn’t offer a refund for that night.
