Che bel hotel, il personale è molto accogliente e amichevole. L'hotel è assolutamente senza spazi e pulito. Avevamo una grande stanza con balcone, c'era un caldo e un frigo, i letti sono così confortevoli e la stanza è giornata. Il colazione era molto generoso, continentale con molti frutti, carne e formaggio, piccole pascoli, anche uova e bacon, si può aiutare a fare quanto si desidera. Vi è anche una grande piscina e una zona solare, con soggiorni molto confortevoli. Un posto così grande per rilassarsi e soffocare il sole e l'atmosfera di Olhao, grazie per un paio di giorni rilassanti, speriamo di tornare 💜💜

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel e ho avuto una buona esperienza. Sono felice del personale dell'hotel che ha sempre risposto ai dubbi che ci sono emersi e è stato disponibile 24 ore al giorno. Il parcheggio è incluso e è molto comodo. Ha una fonte d'acqua e caffè gratis a qualsiasi ora del giorno.

Hotel pulito e pulito con posizione di top. Balcone con vista marina- e mare. Buon letto. Parcheggio gratuito. Molto buon servizio in tutto. Hotel consigliabile.

We loved it - where else could one stay at a former Roman palace for 200 euro a night ?! Beautiful outdoor pool with panoramic view, perfectly manicured garden, excellent breakfast, there is even an exhibition onsite. Our room (superior category) is spacious and also has a balcony , although we spent little time in room, there are gorgeous lounges with antiques and patios with flower garden view. Why would you stay in your room. We recommend 2 night stays and it is wonderful to enjoy the estate and there are SPA treatments, although we did not use it. The only catch is that it is 20 minutes from the beach. If you need to go to old town or beach, you need to drive a car (parking is included with spacious underground parking) or use Uber.

La reception è molto accogliente, aiuta a risolvere tutti i problemi e presenta in dettaglio le attrazioni circostanti. Anche la posizione dell'hotel è buona, puoi raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni più famose e il centro città in dieci minuti. Puoi vedere il mare direttamente dalla finestra della camera. La camera sembrava un po' datata ma era molto ordinata e pulita. Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva, l'hotel è molto conveniente!

Hotel tranquillo e ben tenuto, situato nella zona turistica. La camera aveva un piccolo balcone. Una pastelaria si trova di fronte e riapre il 29 settembre. La domenica la maggior parte delle attività commerciali sono chiuse. Puoi prendere l'autobus 16 dalla stazione degli autobus vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per andare all'aeroporto per mangiare lì e poi andare alla spiaggia del FARO se vuoi. FARO è ben posizionato per visitare diversi siti.

Questo è un bel hotel. Una grande posizione nelle colline, bella e tranquilla. Circolato da arancioni, limone e olive, con vista fab e giardini a sedere in angoli tranquilli. Le camere sono comode e immacolatamente pulite. La zona della piscina, lo stesso. Gli animali sono un bel toccamento, con un'aquila, qualche pecore, tartaruga, e gatti che vanno in giro nei giardini, tutto ciò rende un bel posto per rimanere. Ma la stella di questo hotel, per noi, era il ristorante, la qualità del cibo e il fantastico personale. Dalle arance e fichi più dolci, dai giardini per colazione, alla pasta di pesce algarve per cena, alle specialità locali come Cataplan, la qualità dei cibi è molto alta. Il personale di questo hotel è ovviamente molto professionale, ma offre anche un bel servizio personale. Sono così utile, amichevole e gentile. Tutti vanno il miglio di più per rendere la gente si sente benvenuta. Grazie speciali da noi andate a Pedro, il ristorante, e Miguel e Sofia. Non è facile fare sentire le persone speciali, come fate, ma fa una grande differenza per i vostri ospiti. Grazie per una bella vacanza!

Il mio primo viaggio da soli/la mia data di nascita mi ha reso qui. L'hotel era perfetto e il personale era bello e utile! Offriscono suggerimenti sui luoghi di visita e le cose da fare. Ho anche una bottiglia di prosecco e torta sorpresa consegnata alla mia stanza il mattino di compleanno! Molto tranquillo e tranquillo, con così tanti posti vicino (10 min a piedi o meno) ma se non ti senti come esplorare, l'area di piscina, il spa e il tetto bar potrebbe essere più che sufficiente. Anche il colazione è stata deliziosa con una vasta gamma di opzioni. 10/10 da me!

Just got back from a 4 day stay with my 2 children. Fantastic location and lovely hotel. The pool- was so quiet, and some mornings we practically had the pool to ourselves. Plenty of sun beds, no one reserved them. Which was so nice to see. The pool never really got busy until the afternoon. Restaurant - breakfast, the options very plentiful and never once had to queue. Fresh pancakes every morning were a hit with my children. The restaurant was always pretty empty. My only complaint is it is a little dark and with no air con. Dinner - the staff were very friendly, the waiter always remembered our drinks order without even asking. There were plenty of options and we found plenty to eat every day. Rooms - were spot on, spacious, with a decent size bathroom with a good shower. Beds were quite comfy. Also cleaned daily. We stayed on the 3rd floor and I read a lot of negative reviews about the pigeons, we had no problems what so ever. We could sit on the balcony no problem. I also don’t think pigeons in general are a problem for the hotel. Yes there were some flying around but I barely noticed them. Entertainment - was pretty poor, not much going on in my the day and the evening entertainment was pretty non existent apart from a Portuguese show on a Monday night and some singers on Friday/saturday night. We aren’t bothered by the entertainment as we prefer to go out in the evening. Pool side snack bar- although very slow to serve. The food was tasty, with burgers, toasties and sandwiches. The bar in the evening was dead and I think if there was better entertainment options then more people would use the bar in the evening. Also no air con. Don’t think I’ve ever been away at the height of season and seen an empty bar every night. The outside seating area could be utilised more in the evening with better lighting. Location- was perfect, lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Would definitely come back to Tavira and this hotel.
