I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the resort. However, it was a bit unsettling when people walked along the corridor outside my room.

Out of town, but enjoyed the quiet place. There are 2 nice restaurants opposite the hotel. We are greeted by happy hotel staff that makes the stay pleasant.

A convenient location outside Queenstown, less than 15 minutes drive. Also easy to go to Arrowtown for a half day. We'll-planned bathroom layout with hooks and rails around for bathtowels, clothings.

Overall is good but just the fire alarm was very annoying. It rang 3 times during the midnight.

Everything here is good! The staff is friendly and lovely. Would stay here again!

Pretty clean, some mod on the carpet hallway but it is what it is. The room doesn't have a microwave but it was clean for me and my girlfriend so all in all we had a good time here and we stayed for 2 days 👍👍👍

Definitely not a happy camper. First of all we got given a room downstairs at room 206 we arrived roughly around 6pm we fell asleep as soon as we got in to our room due to tiredness travelling from Fox glacier as we stop along the way to check out some of the sceneries, upon getting into our room we turn on the heater an hour and a half later we woke up, and feeling cold. We found out That the heater wasn't working. We rung the reception and reported that the heater wasn't working, he came to our room and double check that the heater wasn't working. So he came up with the solution to give us another heater and we agreed with that, then later on he came back and said to move us to another room which is in room 310 upstairs, the only problem is it has 2 singles instead of queen bed, we ask if they can put it together and make it queen but he said he can't because there is no cleaners in there that time, then he promise that when the cleaners comes in the morning which is the next day they will come into our room and put it together to make it queen bed. So the next day on our way out we even put the sign to service our room on the door handle, later on that afternoon we came back to our room, to our disappointment, nothing has been done to our room. Me and my wife was very disappointed that a total let down.
