Positive : the view of the lake Negative: the sink in the bathroom was clogged, every day cleaning is always different and feels that it’s not done to hotel standards

Gotten an early check in at 11am! Such friendly staff. Great location and views. There is straight bus to the airport right across the road. Convenient, Recommended!

Located near the lake with a slightly uphill walk. It is at a sufficient distance from the touristy central hot spot. Room was small given it was a the studio with no washer/dryer.

The rooms were tiny comparative to other properties. The cleaning staff were negligent if they turned up at all. The restaurant was not linked to the hotel with no capacity to charge back to the room. Less than what I would expect for a Ramada property.

The air conditioning needs an improvement, there are no connections between the rooms. Heat from sun causes a room temperature to rise to a uncomfortable level.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central. The location is a short walk to downtown Queenstown. The space was clean. The room was outfitted with cooking equipment. We would come back and stay here.
