Nice cozy little hotel, but our room faced a construction site so a bit noisy in the morning. Room amenities clean and new, but gym can be cleaned better. One thing I need to mention is that the pillows are really uncomfortable!

Very convenient location but the room is way too dark

Overall, the location, service and facilities are very good. but the pricing is a bit on expensive side. The buffet breakfast at hotel with limited choices which can not compare with the same kind of hotels category in Asia....can't expect too much. You may consider to book room only instead. The service and the reception, concierge and doorman are very helpful and providing many information. If the service and attentiveness at the cafe (during serving breakfast) can be enhance, it will be much better.

房間裏熱鬧的市區很近，在房間裏就能看見雪山，看到市區的店鋪，看見網紅打卡店～大臉漢堡，服務周到，就是價格偏高。

酒店附近修路沒有標識，兜了好久硬從雪糕桶進來的。被子沒有被套，是2個大床單夾着被子，很容易亂七八糟。枕頭很不舒服，第二天就落枕了，第二晚打電話換了乳膠枕太高還是不舒服，也衹能將就了。洗手間水龍頭很不好控制，弄不好水量就很大，濺得枱麪都是水，淋浴的也是不好調。第一晚給的水和氣泡水各一瓶，後面2晚居然都給氣泡水，這麼冷的天總不能都喝氣泡水吧！酒店代停車居然50紐幣/晚，我們自己找了個晚上免費的，離酒店挺近。來皇后鎮2次也住了好幾個酒店，索菲特是我感覺最不好的

酒店太方便了，就在鎮上最熱鬧紅火的地方，服務也很熱情到位，早餐略為簡單。

바로 앞에 명한 퍼그버그가 있고, 시내 중앙이라 위치가 아주 좋아요. 우리는 무료주차도로를 물어서 주차비를 아꼈는데 그 중 하나인 Man st.와 연결된 계단(경사로)이 바로 옆에 있어서 편했어요. 직원들이 웃는 얼굴로 환대해주고 친절합니다!

整個酒店一邊裝修同時營業，酒店非常非常舊，舊到不堪入目狀態，酒店的外牆應該是已經裝修過，所以看上去還比較新，房間的燈火暗到無法看書的狀態，衹好在衞生間看書。有許多印度人做前台，客房和餐廳，非常非常傲慢的服務態度，我發覺被子非常薄，不是通常酒店那類被子，就是夏季的薄被，要求再加一床被子，那個印度服務員告訴我，所有被子都是這樣的，把空調開大點就可以了。白人的服務態度還不錯。住這家酒店要英文非常好，且敢於和印度人直接叫板，否則會被氣死的。

酒店位置非常好，走路到town5分鐘距離。左邊是滑雪中心，右邊是skyline，幾乎到主要景點都是步行距離。房間有按摩浴缸，沒什麼景色。酒店裝修比較陳舊
