Spacious room with a fantastic view! Lovely pool and great restaurant.

Beautiful property, located in the heart of the city. Recently renovated facilities and rooms, staff are very friendly and always available to provide great recommendations to explore the city. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, cafes and attractions. Highly recommended for both business or leisure.

We wanted to see old Quebec city and we chose this place by luck. What a great spot. Close to everything. Close to restaurants, shopping sightseeing it had it all.

Excellent food at Ciel Bistro and night view of the city.below. Tripping hazard of square edged stone saddle at entry door to rooms on the 24th floor.

A cool shower is not what you want in the morning. No warm water yet alone hot. Disappointing!

Basic room, very clean. Thin towels. Quiet. Nice view - my room was on the 12th. Small coffee maker in room. Coffee for sale in lobby in the morning ~$4. Many restaurant choices nearby, most with outdoor seating. Easy walk to Old City. Nice walk/bike paths very close by at Plains of Abraham. Public bus stop close by as well.

We’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times it’s a bit outdated needs a face lift. The parking is horrible you better have a small car because those spots are very tight and your car will definitely get dinged. Valet parking is great but it’s not 24h. Food at the restaurant was good. Bed was comfy, pool Was good and the hot tub (piss pool) was piss yellow and full of kids that shouldn’t be there.

Free basement parking is located in other building which is far away from the hotel. It took about 10min walk to there and 20min walk to old city. Not recommended to stay in Winter time.

Does not function in a logical way. Long lines for elevators. Long waits for elevators. Unclean pool area.

All good.. It just took time to go down to the lobby. Lots of guests have problems cause elevators are always full at check-out times. Most probably, elevators already full from people come out from the restaurant at the top of the building.

No parking at the hotel No soap in the soap distributor in the shower Waited too long for the elevator (too full. 3 times before having a space to get in)

The hotel location is really good, closed to main attraction. The room style and furniture quite antique but still function. The bathroom, towel and sofa had some permanent stain, that was not affect their function. The staffs were nice and helpful. Overall, good for stay but not that worth for the money we paid.

Very friendly and fast service at check in and out with good valet service , but room floors was not very clean and was missing couch , maid said that their were Renovations on this flour , bathroom was old and floors also but beds were comfy and clean beautiful view and nice restaurant in the hall and personnel were very nice and helpful.
