The location is really good. I can see all the tourist attractions in a few minutes on foot. However, at first glance, it was clean, but there was dirt on the blanket and pillow. Most of all, there was no hair dryer in the room, contrary to what is stated to have a hiar dryer. We called around 9:30 a.m. and asked for it, but contrary to what they said they would bring it to us soon, we waited an hour and called back and they said there was no manpower to bring it to us. We had already wasted an hour and a half, but we believed their words that they would bring it between 11 and 4p.m., so we left the room. When we came back to the room at night? Contrary to our expectations, there was no hairdryer. Besides, we had to do everything ourselves when we checked in and when we found our luggage. They just opened the door and did nothing to help. Location is good but their service and room size can never be recommended.

We left our ship early expecting to be able to leave our luggage and start sightseeing. Took a taxi to the place we had reserved. However, there is only one location with a reception. Took a taxi to that location to leave our luggage. They then sent us a code to enter our location. Returned to get our bags. They did call a taxi for us. Arrived, got in with the code, apartment was on the “1st F” 22 steps up. Thankfully, we packed light. We’re in our 70’s so not the best option for us. Will not book this place again. It was clean, warm, convenient to sightseeing and restaurants. The only reception we encountered was polite and helpful, but we prefer a reception and elevator on sight.

Very difficult to locate the loft. Maybe add “Next to Subway sandwich shop” in the description. Also should add parking options to the description.

Very good location. Only problem was all communication in French so I never understood emails sent to me. Also since I was early before checkin time, I wish I had known to go to the main office first to check in and leave my luggage. Place was excellent in location.

This place is located in the heart of Old Quebec. It's clean, quiet and we had no issues getting the codes to get into the unit on the day. The stairs are steep to get to the 2nd and third floors. Difficult to manage with heavy luggage. The unit we were in (1a) was small. Enough room for a couple but felt crowded.

Good and bad The property was clean and comfortable and a good value. But, note that there is no elevator and some rooms are on the third floor (so four long flights of stairs) Not a deal breaker, but be warned. And the property shares an entrance with a Subway sandwich place. Also, note that parking is a block or two away. Again, not a deal breaker. The big issue with our stay was the absolutely horrible customer service. When we arrived, I called them because I hadn't received an access code from them. They rudely told me to check my email (which I had done and didn't find anything from them). She said she sent it and told me to check again, she was unwilling to help me in any way. After three phone calls, she finally gave me an access code. Went through the same process getting the WiFi password. Based on their abysmal and rude service, I can't recommend staying at this place.
